The way she said "carbs" shows that she probably has this breakfast once in a blue moon. But I am pretty sure this video is supposed to be tongue in cheek because of the pattern constantly repeating and the full face makeup yet brushing her brows to not look "disheveled".

I think shower was before the videoand the skincare and makeup the no make up makeup right after she made the pancakes or maybe the help. I brush my teeth before breakfast too and after.

Im a huge fan of Joan. But......
1- Pijamas and head board are the same. I hope she has more than one. Causeeeeee...... you'll have to wash it every day.
2- Her prayer has nothing to do with God, the whole ritual is full of superstition and santeria. Of course if you know about different cultures and religions, you will agree. Medition= buddhism. I think she is confused. Most likely she is out to be catholic, she is from PR.
