Having a summer schedule takes the guess work out of figuring out how to entertain your kiddos during the summer. Having a routine gives everyone a purpose, and it allows for creativity!
Also, one more thing I didn't address in the video... we have a rule about electronics. No electronics until after dinner. We normally let the kids play ABCyea.com or Roblox on the chromebooks, and let them watch a movie to wind down before bed. It's nice because they know the rules, so I don't get asked all day long about watching TV.
