I love Parfait. Over the past 2 years, I’ve had her on every single team. I’ve never taken her off. I just love her and I’m glad she’s “good” again. All my other cookies get replaced from time to time except Parfait and Hollyberry
Herb is actually really good if you think about it He's one of the OG cookies in the game And there's not many changes for him But he is still useable from time to time Other useable OG cookies either got a big buff(Pomegranate) or get a magic candy

Parfait is like Pure vanilla, she heals more than Pure Vanilla. But Pure vanilla is like the only Cookie who can heal other cookies with *Injury.*
Both of them can do Periodic Healing and Burst Healing. In terms of Supportive capabilities, Parfait is better. But, in terms of Healing, PV is better

She’s probably the best PvE healer (PV is better for injury stages, but CP is better in general), but you want more consistent healing for arena
I prefer rockstar but she works well in that team
