- Common Man Bagger installs a set of Rinehart Racing Slimeline Duals Header P/N 100-0452 on a 2018 Harley Davidson Street Glide. This installation will be the same on all 2017 and up touring models. Stay tuned to the end to hear they sound compared to stock.

Great video I've got the same setup with the slip on mufflers.... And now I'm getting ready to install the same headers.

Are you guys able to post up another video with some idling and cold starts vs. warm starts I’m interested in the 4” slip ons and header pipe.
Great video, I have stage 1 with air cleaner, VH fuelpak and rinehart 4.0 slips. Getting stage 2 done this week, woods 555, S&S adjustable rods and S&S lifters. I am now also considering just getting these headers put on for a full exhaust. What do you think?

Does this system you put on with the DBX mufflers have the hi flo cats?
Sounds awesome. Running 4.5 DBX on my RKS and need headers to get rid of the sewing machine.

114 is a great engine. Lots of torque but they suffocate it coming out of the factory
I'm looking into the same headers. I've had the Rinehart 2 into 1 before and I loved them, but they were too loud on long highway trips.
How do you like the Slimline Duals for long highway trips? Do you think they're too loud or have any regrets?

I did this yesterday. It took a little over 4 hours, and when you say "We make it look easy" you're not kidding. In the end it is so worth it. Did you install the provided baffles?

So would I have to use a tuner if I leave the air cleaner alone but put the full rinehart system on? I've heard you're ok if you leave the air filter alone, you can get away with getting the cool sound you want out of the exhaust without tuning.
If you are just looking to improve sound you can get away without tuning. If you are looking for a little bit of performance change the cleaner and tune it. Thanks for watching. -Chad

Sorry for the late response. Chris already had a Harley Street Tuner on his bike that he purchased from the dealer when he did his stage 1. Not the best option out there. Thanks for watching. -Chad
The Tech on my bike re tuned it for the new parameters of a full system exhaust. I tuned it on a dyno using the power vision tuner. With a 480 cam and a new SE oil pump I was able to get 120 ft lbs of torque out of my 107 M8
Came for the instructions, stayed for the muffled sped up voices :P
Did you have to use a thinner gasket? I’m trying to get mine done but the stock gaskets aren’t letting my line it up
start with inserting the rear header tip first then the front header tip will line up. Did my 2020 Road glide special with this set up and fought the header line up. just start at the back, front will slide in.
Do u need to remap?
I've got the stage 2 se tuner rineharts slipons.
If you do a high flow air cleaner and headers you should do a remap. If you have the stage 2 you may need to have your SE tuner mapped for that particular setup. Thanks for watching. -Chad

@@commonmanbagger9165 I am definitely thinking of adding this header to my 2017 RGS. If I am understanding correctly the bike will need a tuner. Any suggestions on the best tuner?
I did the same except i went with Cobra headers and Cobra neighbor haters - with a tune of course

@@Jstarz600 not really, both Rinehart & Cobra full exhaust sounds good, i just prefer the deeper throatier sound of Cobra
