I just found out from TMZ that the infidelity of either spouse or whether either spouse is living in with the lover has no bearing on alimony in California. From my research spousal support is determined by a variety of other factors. I still believe if Dell Curry hadn't gone public with his accusations then the divorce wouldn't have been so ugly. And while he appears justified to be angry, his alleged infidelity or the alleged infidelity of his wife remains to be proven by either party. But it needn't have been broadcasted. Also, Dell Curry's wife works and has raised 3 children who have turned out well and have apparently married very good partners so I wouldn't call Sonya Curry a "gold digger" which was a term used by one of the commenters.

I think the mother have always shown signs of wanted to be out there while the father just worked and enjoyed his kids and all I got to say is if he cheated doing his career she should have left him then don't wait until you get grandchildren and be an embarrassing to your family and they might not say nothing but believe me they are very embarrassed because they love both of you so much and think about bringing other partners around you grand kids I have nothing to do with it but I sure hope that both can be forgiving and ask God to restore a good family 👪 for the grandchildren and the whole family unit.
