the worst thing abt a new house is the foundation..it takes 5 years for the foundation to get settled..u cannot detect this issue when u buy a new house..this problem arise after 4-5 years.
so its a much better idea to buy a house which is five years old atleast

Good info but no one can find all issue without moved or start living in and without use all house.I have bad experience after bought house my freeze was all burned thru the behind and after moved water start to leak everywhere on ground and we bought new one,😁

IT ki salary toh 2-3 bade ghare ya 3-4ghar bech ke hi jayegi bhai ko.. so it makes sense to be full time realtor and full time youtuber.
My PDI is in week and close next week after pdi, if we find any issues will they still take 30 days to fix that?
They will fix anything they think is urgent before giving you keys, rest they can do in 30days. If they don’t, you can put those issues again in 30 days warranty.

So many issues. Trades quality is very bad among all builders. I used to think highly of Greenpark Homes build quality. Guess it’s changed.
