Excellent review brother..I own a DUSTER 85 ps and I am very satisfied with the performance till date. as I have driven it around 10000 KMS. A proper highway cruiser and no turbo lag pick up feels like petrol. Suspension is the segment best.

Not satisfied with review. If you can make video with a loaded car and taking the car from the down parking of the mall to up or loaded car on Hill. That will give clear idea how CVT will work.
For CVT cars I never saw video based on basic testing of vehicle. Always all the channels give just overview of car. Which doesn't give clear idea of CVT cars and how engine performs. Bs exterior interior dikhake is not good review my personal view

Hi Amit, good review, I am using Duster AMT since last April (15k completed) and doing good. Yes there are short comings in it like slow and jerky gear shifts, poor interiors and rocking seat (which annoys me most) :(. But I paid whole 2lakhs less than Creta for it. I test drove XUV500, Creta and Duster back to back and bought it for outstanding ride quality. The pothole and jerks are very much felt in other cars and Duster.

I had seen this review before I had zeroed in on Duster AMT. I got one & am really very happy. No frills but has what I want & for less. Had couple of 400 Km runs & gobbles up Kms without any fuss & fatigue to occupants

I have too rxz 110 , u r right it's about practicality, duster performance like a champ in the city or specially off road... In this SUV segment. Some people like premium looks but if u r drive like a hell then of course this is the one... Cuz am on...😈 And so many times I beat creta and accosports

@@jijoce Maintenance is high( parts are costly so as Renault's labour charges) as compared to Maruti/Hyundai but driving experience is quite joyful as 110 is super torque powerful motor. Milage 12-14 in city 17+ on highway. ( mind that i am light-foot driver)

I am using Duster 110PS from last 2 years and impressive part is mileage.. when i travel around 1000km I am getting 24KMPL Mileage..
And I accept interior is not that GOOD but its has all the required things..

ujjwal negi : no dear nothing like this.. even I go 150+ and remain stable. I had skoda rapid and I am happy with duster.
ujjwal negi : for you I have tested again and found something for u.
If you go more the 110 in eco mode, then u feel eco mode try not go more the 110 speed.
But when u off the eco mode, then upto 150 no issue all good, stable and secure.

After driving around 7000 km, I can say that this car is a solid car with less service cost
Duster is much much better than Creta in suspension department. Why just Creta, the Duster can beat even cars costing up to 40 lakhs in suspension department. You don't feel any pothole and it just glides over bad roads. This is the best car on Indian roads for people with spondylitis and back-aches.

I have 85 PS diesel engine 2018 model.till today i drove 10000km .I am very much happy with my duster .very good boot space which my kids enjoy a lot during long drive.very responsive engine .only remark is poor quality of interiors.overall its a fantastic car.
Great review. How does the Bluetooth Mike sound when driving ? Does the cabin noise get in to interfere in clarity ? The cabin noise is one which is holding me backs that adds to fatigue if it is high. Again, a great review.

Can you please suggest whether I can consider buying a new Duster 2019 AMT Diesel now? I did my test drive and liked it's driveability, and for 15 Lakh on road getting a 4.3 meters car with a space which is practical and also with all safety features which requires for an Automatic transmission. But I am only concerned about the discontinuation of Duster in 2020 (as per other news sources) and worries me whether I get spare parts available in next 7 years....please suggest me on this.
The duster on sale in India is on its last legs. It still is a fantastic vehicle to buy though as it still is mechanically sorted. Spares could be an issue 5 years down the line. If you are okay with that, buy it.
@@motoroids thanks a lot for your quick response, I will wait for a good year-end discount, which impresses me to purchase this new Duster AMT. If I don't get a good discount I will wait few more months to see if any other better product may come., as of now I have my S -cross which is a good car, but really want to replace with a good automatic transmission vehicle in near future.

Would you recommend this AMT version for touring around steep hilly regions of himachal or Leh as convenience of AMT makes me inclined towards it rather than manual AWD. I understand that AWD is different than 2WD, but wanted your opinion if AMT could handle the rough as there is no control to slip clutch in difficult situation like in manual transmission.

You will have to be clever and apply some tricks with that AMT box in situations where one needs to slip the clutch. The manual mode should help to keep the engine spinning with the turbo spooled while climbing steep inclines.

Manual version also has a slight lag, doesn't match a manual transmission in terms of speed and feel. It's not for the enthusiasts, but for those who want comfort and convenience

please do a video about automatic driving guidelines...most of us are used to driving a stick shift..making the change to automatic is daunting for someone who hasnt driven one before...i kinda slam of the brakes confusing it for a clutch
