Headless Carr Lock® Clamps & Quick Change Carr Lock® Riser Demonstration

The Carr Lock® System allows accurate locating and clamping at the same time, with just the turn of a hex wrench. This system is ideal for mounting quick-change tooling on a subplate.
The headless Carr Lock® system allows for mounting flush or below flush with a fixture plate. Two clamping options, Primary and Secondary are available. For high-precision applications, a second Carr Lock headless clamp may be used along with a round and diamond pin.
Headless Carr Lock® clamps are available in three different inch and metric sizes.
Carr Lock® risers feature a slotted base for easy mounting in several positions.
