I am an illustrator myself, few graphics I did and few I purchased from Adobe and Istock. You can Google what you need and purchase stock images for commercial usage.

If i keep this activity pages in a display file folder can i attached velcro on that file
I have tried this option earlier, but it was not that great, because the velcros are very powerful so when pick the matching pieces, the pages too will come along.
I would suggest to laminate and use velcro. If you decide to go for display file folder, you can use without Velcro. Kids can simply place and match the pieces over pages.

Sheet protectors are also very thin and the same happens here. Over a period of time, the protectors will have wrinkles everywhere around the velcros.
