You are a little off in your "microphone" theory. Hey, I need some help Vaper Bros I recently bought a rechargeable disposable (KK Energy 8000 Puffs), it has a USB-C port, and a 650 mAh Battery. So after opening and 600-620 puffs later, the battery seems to have discharged (light blinks, no vapor output and I surely haven't used 16 Mililitres of Juice in 600 puffs!). @@MisterBliZz unless you connect the lion batteries inside your powerbank to your e-cig, it is not safe. it would work, but put yourself under risk. because lion batteries require special charging cycle, and most important one is over-charge and deep-discharge protection. lion chargers all take care of that. you can read wikipedia article if you want more details here : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithium-ion_battery

Refilling and recharging won't make disposable vapes last as long as a regular vape. All vaping device's contain a heating element called a coil and they wear out quite quickly and need replacing on a regular basis.
Yes, you are correct. Refilling and recharging disposable vapes will not make them last as long as a regular vape, as the coil, which is a critical component of any vaping device, will eventually wear out and need to be replaced. The frequency of replacement depends on various factors such as the type of coil, the materials being vaporized, and the user's inhalation style. While recharging a disposable vape may extend its lifespan by a small amount, eventually the coil will reach the end of its useful life and will need to be replaced. This is one of the main reasons that disposable vapes are not considered to be a cost-effective option over the long term, as they will eventually need to be replaced and the process of replacing the coil can be time-consuming and complicated.
I've charged the battery like a maniac countless times with just a charger cube and a stripped wire. It only is risky when you don't have steady hands and let the black wire hit another for too long. Never had one explode.
Safety is generally like cutting a bread with a knife. If you know the risks, and dont put your finger in front of the cutting side of the knige while cutting the bread, you will be fine even if you cut a million bread. Only important thing is being always aware of the risks of our actions. And everyone worried about your safety. I hope you are all right in life in general :)
@@krlq7489 Yeah, still alive. If the wire touches the wrong spot for more than a second it emits smoke or sparks. At that point your battery is basically dead but you can keep going it you want it's not a guarantee.
I put my battery directly into a Lithium charger and set it for 500ma. Usually I can get two disposable ecigs for 1. Filling is fiddly particularly with the thin wires. I do half the sponge, turn it upside down, and do it again, whilst making sure I don't flood the sponge. As for it lasting years no. Carbon and other crap builds up on the cotton and the heating element and winding, wicking and soldering a new one for me is a real P in the A. As for the microphone thing that is a barametric switch. Usually what I do when one is finished is gut the unit, solder another battery in parallel with the other, add a white LED and switch to make a circuit, put the LED into the hole of one ecig bottom cap, the switch in another, push the two end caps onto the pipe with the electrics in the tube, and the result is a handy diode torch with an upto 1000mah battery inside. The other thing is do the above without the switch and diode, solder two brass tacks either end, and you have a handy dirt cheap battery for 3D printer projects.
I see. Thank you for explaining your process for repurposing used batteries from disposable e-cigarettes. Your method of filling the battery with a lithium charger is interesting and it seems that you have found a cost-effective way to get the most out of your batteries. Your DIY torch and battery projects are also creative and demonstrate how used batteries can be repurposed in new ways.
What is the Mah capacity of the elfbar 600 versions and what charge min and max mAh do they have and burst discharge ect 🤔 does some one have found information for them. 🤔

I have been in touch with the government body that deals with the legislation surrounding e vape here in the UK. There is a requirement that if the manufacturers produce in excess of 1 tonne of batteries per year in their products they are required to take the Li ion batteries back for safe disposal. It was suggested I contact Trading standards , which I did, their reply was that they agreed with me that the problem exists but referred me back to the government body. The whole idea of disposable anything is damaging to the environment but particularly with disposable batteries and attached electronics. I now see the is an attempt here in UK to control e vape sales, a bit late now that they have been approved by the very same body trying to control. PROFIT, PROFIT, PROFIT. A free market economy destroying itself in my opinion. Chinese producers have the capacity in just one factory to produce up to 1 MILLION a day. Have we learnt nothing?
It is a shame that we have disposable electronics. We are destroying our future with them. I just found a disposable "temperature sensor". I tried to show how to re-purpose them, but my efforts have really minor affect. Thank you Sir for trying to do what is right.
Check out some of the UA-cam films of the factories in China producing vape, poor human robots wasting their lives on mindless production lines assembling them for low pay in a state controlled economy.
Bs are they 800mah they don't last long enough to be that surely probably 650 🤣, probably just me but I chuff on them and they're dead in a day, elfbar have started making rechargeable one and I think they all should be like that as one you'll have what you found and two lithium battery can be hostile, very bad for environmental and wildlife when you have little teenie bopers who dgaf, three the batteries go before the liquid, but as you said the batteries in them can be recharged it's silly really as it doesn't cost much more than it takes to make them already, it's weird as you can buy these for like £5 for 3 but then places like co-op sell 1 for £5 for this version you're showing and like £8 for the rechargeable so it really does show how cheaply these are made even the rechargeable ones, a lot of respect for you for picking these up and re using them for projects at least they're not just left there outside.
Of course, buying rechargeable ones are a smarter choice. But I have felt bad seeing them on the streets, and saw people who were dangerously trying to charge them. At least they can charge it safely like this.
@Maker's Fun Duck I'd say the batteries in the elfbars are cheap Chinese ones and the stated mAh are probably a lie only say this is been vaping for years now and they're more like the cheap ones I had when I first started the battery life so stupidly low, and yeah I agree with you it's such a shame as people do not dispose of them properly, in all reality there's no way of properly disposing of them properly, even at home you shouldn't really be chucking them in the bin, I think those who sell them should have a proper way of disposing them like you get in some stores they have a tube that you stick batteries in and they have a professional who comes to collect them, I also think that by doing so due to them being able to be reused you should get get some of your money back through doing so because technically you don't get to use all of the juice inside of them, and the batteries as you've said can actually be recharged therefore you're not getting full use of the product that you've bought, anyway this way of doing things would deter people just chucking them away anywhere it'll stop them being chucked on the streets or countryside, the biggest problem we're facing though is they're being sold to people underage so they have no care, every time I've gone to shops and markets to buy them I've always noticed underage people going to buy them and I've witnessed sellers tell them to come back when they're not so busy to cover themselves it's bad 😩
@@makersfunduck the issue was that I used regular vape liquid, for cotton bars you need nic salts, which get vaporized much easier and require less heat and are easier on your throat.
The showd charging Methode in this video could too go wrong, if you don't know the max allowed mAh charging amparege that the battery's can handle, they can explode too, becourse the charger could maybe only supply 1000mah output but the battery can only handle 300mah charging power, so you put over 3 times more amperage in that the battery can handle, ther for its important to find out what the battery can handle, befor doing or charging in with a charger that have a very low mAh charging rate like 50-100mah to be relatively save. 🤔 I don't take any responsibility for any person that does everything.
At that point, isn't it better to just buy a rechargeable and refillable pod? :D It's funny how we as a civilisation are moving backwards in the name of capitalism... Let's raise a new generation of smokers! :D
It is Terrible these china vapes sre being dumped all over over 1.2 million a year in the UK alone. As for phone EU has passed some new laws that hopefully allow replacable cells again
Note: You might want to check the new video, which I added a usb charging port:

It's quite funny to see someone who doesn't vape explain folks how to refill and recharge their disposable e-cig. Well done though, it is useful.
I dont know about the vape culture or anything, but I know the electronics part, so that is how I can help the others :)
Great video 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
for the recharge, can i plug it to a power bank with output : DC5V / 1A ?
yes, but you still need a lion battery charger like this one. here is an alternative solution
ua-cam.com/video/2HKcLKbval4/v-deo.html
@@makersfunduck But because the power output will be lower, can't i just power the e-cig with this powerbank?
@@MisterBliZz unless you connect the lion batteries inside your powerbank to your e-cig, it is not safe. it would work, but put yourself under risk. because lion batteries require special charging cycle, and most important one is over-charge and deep-discharge protection. lion chargers all take care of that. you can read wikipedia article if you want more details here : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithium-ion_battery
thanks my friend needed this so i send it to them. they vape underage tho. is that bad for the body?
im not a health expert, though underage people shouldnt consume any unnatural products. I would react underage people vaping as they are smoking tobacco, and I am against it. Better be safe than sorry.
You need good amperage for vaping, another reason for Lithium Ion batteries
thats right
after second charge my diposable i feel burnt heater. i charge it using 3.7v charger to li-ion batteries. is there any way to charge it without burning the heater?
You can buy heater capsules for cheap as well. I made another video which you might find interesting. : ua-cam.com/video/2HKcLKbval4/v-deo.html
Can u use any type of liquid or specific type
you can use any type of vape liquids.
good job. thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
:):):) Это было восхитительно! Спасибо большое, добрый человек.
:):):) It was absolutely incredible! Thank you very much, man.
Glad that was helpful to you :)
Thank so much it works
I've charged the battery like a maniac countless times with just a charger cube and a stripped wire.
It only is risky when you don't have steady hands and let the black wire hit another for too long. Never had one explode.
Yo, are you still alive casue im doing same thing rn and want to be sure
@@krlq7489LMAOOOO SAME
Safety is generally like cutting a bread with a knife.
Can i cut off the battery and connect the usb cable to the coil? Will it go off?
Just to reply you, I made this video ;) enjoy
ua-cam.com/video/2HKcLKbval4/v-deo.html
Just a copy paste information from the manufacturer's website "The ELFBAR 600 is a simple and compact cylindrical design with a flat, ergonomic mouth tip for perfect comfort when vaping, and contains a 550mAh pre-charged battery"
How many puffs do you get?
depends on the battery capacity you have. more or less the same amount that you get from an unused one
i had a literal heart attack when i quacked
lol. Thanks for the feedback. I reduced the volume on the next videos :)
How many minutes it take for full charge??
depends on your adapter, and the battery capacity. But to give you a just an estimate, half of the time of a cell phone battery (more or less).
With ur methods u expoiled ma vape
how many recharge is possible with a ElfBar 600 ? thanks
ı dont know exactly. but if you charge it properly, like described in this video, you can expect the same life as your regular mobile phone battery
good batteries for wireless headphones :D 500mah i not so small capacity or for rc helicopters small ones
also for tv remotes, mouses, and game controllers (thats what I used them for)
How many times can you recharge it?
Like he said, It's just like a smartphone battery. I think 500 cycles +.
The problem is the coil taste will go after a couple of charges.
they are quite cheap to replace too.
If you don't have a propper li-ion charger and don't know what you are doing, don't do anything or learn the stuff about charging and the battery chemistry properly.
The max danger if not propper handled is death ☠ and its no joke or burned down house, the minimum is mention in this video, like burned hands, face ect.
If you know what your doing, good for you.
indeed. Safety comes first
I have been in touch with the government body that deals with the legislation surrounding e vape here in the UK.
Check out some of the UA-cam films of the factories in China producing vape, poor human robots wasting their lives on mindless production lines assembling them for low pay in a state controlled economy.
would charging pads work someway with these ?
yep. thats the idea
Someone pls reply
So i found one on the floor and i wanna use it but its dead so like what do i dooo
you can teardown it, and try to charge the battery with a li-on battery charger, like one described in the video.
Where can I get the charger 🔌 I ave the cola but is off
I have the some links under the descriptions :)
Do these batteries contain lithium?
there is a nice article here:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithium-ion_battery
Do a vid refilling AspireT15
I dont know the brand, but it should be similar to charge
Like dissembling a bomb lol
Bro the Cap just won't come off mine what do i do?
did you try using pliers?
@@makersfunduck yes it worked thank you
I did that but it's way too strong and feels very spicy on my throat
himm, maybe issue was related to your cotton. you can also replace that for cheap
@@makersfunduck the issue was that I used regular vape liquid, for cotton bars you need nic salts, which get vaporized much easier and require less heat and are easier on your throat.
Theres a coil where the cotton goes thru it in the middle of like an electric blanket like any coil it burns out after too much use
How to turn it onn plzz
Sorry, I couldn't understand. What to turn on?
Are you sure these batteries are rechargeable? Some other videos state that they are not despite the fact that they can be recharged.
Yep, pretty sure
Tik tok tik tok BOOOOM!!!
I don't take any responsibility for any person that does everything.
Thats true. Thats why you need a li-on charger for these batteries.
you say pretty sus things at 18:37 and 18:51 🤤
i need it
then you shall have it :)
"What is this thing?"
it is for a method to reduce e-waste by charging disposable e-cigarettes.
dutch or ?
yep. how did you figured out? :)
At that point, isn't it better to just buy a rechargeable and refillable pod? :D It's funny how we as a civilisation are moving backwards in the name of capitalism... Let's raise a new generation of smokers! :D
I made more convenient version here: ua-cam.com/video/2HKcLKbval4/v-deo.html. you can convert these to rechargable ones around 10 cent
BREATHE AIR
But nicotine is fun! Cannabinoids too.
it is easier said than done :)
It is Terrible these china vapes sre being dumped all over over 1.2 million a year in the UK alone.
As for phone EU has passed some new laws that hopefully allow replacable cells again
