He was running stock axles and transfer case and had no issues, but he stressed on frequently doing maintenance and changing fluids if your going to be that rough on the drivetrain.

Considering the 5.0 has forged internals from the factory I can say yes, it is safe for the engine. Of course pushing them pass the 900hp mark is a big no no. Anything more than that needs aftermarket parts.
Check out Izzy Valenzuelas 4x4 red cab Cheyenne. He has LIGHTWEIGHT 20X10 WHEELS 6 LUG WITH NT-05s gummy tires... Get rid of those HEAVY OEM WHEELS. can't remember the brand Izzy has on that.... I know they are 20x10 and look killer. And super light for a 20"

Any concern for needing oil pump gears? That much power, at that high of RPM for that long of a period of time (1/2 mile runs) will test those gears for sure.

The transfercase broke once due to wheel hop around 700-750rwhp about 30k miles 400 launches. I replaced it with one from the junkyard and upped the power to 800-900rwhp and had about 20k miles another 400+ launches, then I upped it to over 1000rwhpand got about 10 launches until the crash so the stock transfercase holds just fine

Bruh around 6100 rpm is the stock rev limit. This F-150 is heavily modified so it goes to 7000+ rpm.
