I think a way to prevent mixpacking will be a debuff which active if Herbivores and Carnivores stays near for a while without fighting between them. Like faster food and water drain, defense reduction, or increase incoming damage, idk Devs already fix things like Home cave camping with statu effects. they can do the same with mixpacking.
@@bigpig88 It could scale with size, maybe? The smallest creatures like Rhamp wouldn't inflict this on anyone, but the bigger the dino, the stronger the debuff.
@@K.v0naw cuz it's not even about the mixpacking at this point, its the sheer size of the groups and how many groups there are all the time. They can always have at least one person in the group stick around you for the debuff and have everyone else come in when it hits. Literally no way to fix the problem at this point aside from having active admins present to enforce no mixpacking, which is never going to happen. Officials have no rules
Why do people mixpack ? For example I was a long neck fighting off a bunch of carnivores and i went into the river just to protect myself , a long neck came over and me thinking i had help decided to kill me and hang with the carnivores, thats stipid and frustrating, when im a Tricertops i like to help other planteaters if they are being attacked espically the young ones. Im a pretty good fighter one onnone or even 2 on 1 but 5 on one sucks.

Mixpackers are always so terrible at the game. That’s why they do it I guess, no chance of getting a single kill without having a group of at least 6.
