So true... I'm going through test at the hospital for why I can't swallow my food sometimes and I have developed a fear of choking because I have lol! I love food, and would have considered doing challenges years ago but this swallow thing :)

I choked when I was younger and it has affected my eating for 15 years now. I watch your videos for eating confidence and it really does help me :)
Apparently I choked as a kid on a boiled sweet and a neighbour saved my life but I thankfully don’t remember it. Just make sure you chew everything well and you’ll be fine 😍
