Taj is from Australia and started at 6. He is managed by his parents and has already played with Santana which is on UA-cam. He wrote this song and also played the drums in it. He and his family are now living in Bowling Green. Plays a lot of SRV, Gary Moore etc. He is so down to earth and can play.

He played the bass and keyboards too. Both this single and Cruz hit #1 on the itunes blues charts. Taj is joining the ranks here. His video following frequently posed the question if he has ever been to the crossroads. Check out live concert vids posted by fans of the cities and venues on his touring schedule. You won't believe it. A master prodigy and virtuoso.

I've been to see him twice in Bowling Green. Perfection on steroids. Check out him playing with Carlos Santana at the house of blues in Vagas. He's been playing half his life. Peace ✌️

Taj is just someone way beyond their years. What most don't understand is he feels the music he plays. There are many great young guitarists out there but very few that put the emotion into the music like he does. He followed this song up with another blues single which hit the charts at #2. #1 was occupied by "Crossroads". "Cruz" is the other song which is only instrumental. ua-cam.com/video/OlfauUK6Hc8/v-deo.html

His dad and pop took him to a ACDC concert. Taj said he wanted to do that for the rest of his life. He was 6 years old and started playing that year. His dad is his manager. And he reminds me so much of SRV who was a friend of mine. That boy can play!

He rips man. I wish I could play like that. He’ll have an amazing career. He’s off to a great start. How’d did you know SRV?

Taj plays all instruments and wrote this! His Dad & Granddad took him to an AC⚡DC concert when he was 6. He told his Dad, "That's what I want to do for the rest of my life"! His next birthday he got a guitar, by 10yrs old he was on AGT, (AUSTRALIA GOT TALENT) playing Purple Rain better than you've ever heard! Crossroads & Cruz are #1 on the charts! Taj makes my Goosebumps have Goosebumps! Check his UA-cam channel! I love this kid! He's amazing! He loves Gary Moore!

I get what your saying hes young and you can here it in this song , this will sound crazy but unless your following him like others do is his talent is like a shooting star right now ,what he sounded like a month ago is nothing like he sounds today, voice or getar, he showed no sign of slowing down, blues players don't wait till their all f up before they start playing blues, it's a life experience , his is just starting, check out something more recent like his proformance from 2024 namm show p.s. I probably wouldn't buy " cross roads either, but that's not important either, just sayin.

I ran across this reaction. In the past year, Taj's growth in singing and even his guitar playing has gotten better and better. I recently caught a couple of Taj's shows. To see his videos you see how good he is. To see Taj play live is a completely different experience. Taj and his guitar become one as he plays it. His gravely voice fits the words of the songs and he plays with emotion. You are caught up in his music and you feel each note as he takes you along. I've been going to shows for 50 years and have seen some of the best shows and tech productions and musicians. Taj at 15 is one of the best shows. No production, just great music played phenomenonly well. He is really nice and polite and easy to talk with. The members of his backing band Nathan Bryce and Loaded Dice, Nathan, Dylan and Jerry are really great talented men. Taj's dad Brandin is just great and very personable. He's a great dad and always watching out for his kids Taj and Jazel. Taj's mom is the sweetest lady you can meet. His publicist and all around everywhere person Mel Mel is an incredible lady. He has an amazing team behind him. He has remained an independent artist so he has control and owns his music. Taj's first album; Chapter One; was released recently. It has been #1 on iTunes worldwide blues charts and was #2 on Billboard Blues charts this week. Taj has played at Paisley Park and got to listen to some of Prince's unreleased music. He played at Prince's 40th anniversary release celebration for the release of Purple Rain. He performed Purple Rain with Prince's band New Power Generation (NPG). He's also performed with Eric Gales, Christone Kingfish Ingram and Buddy Guy . He's performed at Byron Bay Blues fest, Jeezum Crow, Lollapalooza, Waterfront Blues, Winter Park Blues from the Top, Telluride Blues and Brews and Big Blues Bender with more scheduled like Joe Bonamassa's blues cruise. Taj has been touring across the country while he also finished his album. There's nothing like seeing Taj play live. He and his guitar become one. He feels the notes and you feel them too. If he plays near you I highly recommend seeing him. His tickets are in the under $50 range and his meet and greet are well priced as well. His original songs have meaning to Taj too. The first song he literally asked Siri what he should call it , Beautiful Things is the name of the instrumental entry that goes into Bad Trip. There's 9 original and 2 cover songs on the album. Sorry for the novel. I would suggest you react to Taj again. Maybe a deep track of Prince's that his estate mgr asked him to play and Taj has kept in his set. He doesn't sing the second half of the song anymore. My gyesz is some fans may have thought it was too sexual. I will leave the links. The first is Taj playing the full lyrics the second is how he plays the song at his shows.

Or an original like Mama Raised a Man that was written by Taj and his dad Brandin. There are cameos if people Taj has played with dyring his career like Rob Thomas, Orianthi, Carlos Santana, Christone Kingfish Ingram, Eric Gales and Buddy Guy. He wrote the words and gave them to his mom for Mother's Day.

Taj is phenomenal. He has been playing since he was 7 years old. We have seen him in concert three times now. First time he was all alone on stage. The BEST. We are big fans and our entire family from age 5 to age 79 love him. He is a natural. Some say he is SRV reincarnated. He was on Australia's Got Talent when he was just 9 and 10 years old. Amazing young man. Since he wrote "Just Can't Sleep", and "Crossroads", he wrote another song called "Cruz", which came out as the number 1 Blues tune in the USA and the UK. He made all the tracks by playing all of the instruments on the recording. Cannot deny his talent.
