I forget if the jack hammers used electricity or gas. That may have been a large contributor to your bill. Hopefully, the panels will reduce your use of the grid.
A friendly thought. How about naming the suite "Manderosa Mosaic", your place has a lot of Italian vibes. You could also buy some stencils, versus wall paper to save on costs. Stencils can be used on several surfaces. Keep up the good work!
Ive been thinking of doing stencils on the stairs to the basement area, brick effects and door panels
What is the situation re putting the solar on the roof. I have covered mine as money permitting. No regrets. Maybe you can do a video as to what the regulations are.
We pay $440,00 a month for electricity here. We don't have much electricity on for that cost. The company tells me that is mostly basic charges we have. Go figure. That plus high rent/mortgages with astronomical interest rates and fess are making propoe homeless. Very sad.😢

Its Gilardoni, its where they invented the x ray machine, not sure exactly what they do their now as their main plant is in the south of Italy, its quiet but a lot of people work there, I know they havea museum
All the renovation equipment will be contributing to a substantial part of the electrical bill. This will drop as the renovations slow down. The heating is gas is it not? Very expensive here in Australia 🇦🇺
A lot of the tools were battery like the jack hammer drill and sanders although we had to charge the batteries
Can I just ask where the very cool vintage store, that you visited, is? We have been looking for something like that around lake Como and Lake Lugano - but only found very small shops. Thank you
@@brasm02 it was in Milan. I will get the address and send it to you, I felt it was a little expensive and we didn’t come away with anything. There is a smaller one Calico every Wednesday evening which is quite good

@@deanviewofachateaumybandbi7899 Unfortunately on Lake Como most of the properties on the east coast are in close probity to the Lake road or railway unless you live further up in the hills
