  • So this was amazing and also painful to watch at the same time! Amazing to see this early 90's, crusty old WhiteGMC truck still on the road but the entire time I was internally screaming, "Throttle the damn truck!!"
After he gets past the first stage and starts extending the bail hook, he actually starts to make the truck growl (so feel free to fast forward to that part) and the video starts to become more exciting.
Anyway, enjoy...got this on a Monday outing and just happened upon this truck. Listen for the clank!

I wonder where this truck came from? I knew of one exactly like it just sitting in a vacant lot for the longest time! Super cool trucks!

94 doesn't seem like that long ago....but it was!

I have a big passion for the dinos and any rare occasion I see one pop up on here I love it, but I share the internal screaming with you about the lack of throttle. This action lacked that intensity of speed and heavy duty noise, even the bail springing up and catching the stage was all so soft, I wanted some nice loud bangs and clunks haha A nice catch regardless, truck looks real tidy in yellow, a 90s model is sweet too - almost never see a dinosaur of that age down under now.

I believe there’s a company by me that still uses dinosaur Rolloffs, I really like the system. Great video!!

What a beast! Please film this one again and be sure to get several takeoffs and him shifting through the gears.

Old and crusty but in awesome municipal yellow!! Driver was being gentle either because the truck can’t handle much anymore or he just didn’t want to break it in front of you. Great job catching this classic!!
