If two people with nullifying abilities that only work with touch touch each other at the exact same time, do both abilities work or do none of them work. If they do work then they don't work. So if they work then both lose their abilities. If they touch each other and their abilities disappear then their abilities work but the ability is to nullify the other's ability so it shouldn't work but if it doesn't work then it does work but it shouldn't work because it's supposed to nullify.
