I've really been enjoying watching your content, but I have noticed something - it seems like your mic is very low. Compared to other videos I watch on UA-cam, I have to turn your volume WAY UP. Like, other videos I watch on 30% volume, but your videos I have to turn way up to 90% (with UA-cam audio itself all the way up). Is this just me or is anyone else experiencing this too?

Also I too have a hard time building and managing the rooms inhouses i have a tip if you have sims 3 they have a grid counter it will tell what size it is like 4x2 that's how I learned to build in the sims 4 carried those grid counters over by counting how many squares I have learned is the best way to build in sims 4 does any of that make sense so if you don't have sims 3 it's perfect for beginner builders you should see my sims 3 builds my mom is always awestruck of them not trying to brag in any way but that's my tip hopefully it will help
You should do every room is a different OVERWATCH charater, I love that game and I would really like to see that. But other from that I loved the video!

Do every room is different year of sims 4. You get 2014 for the room and use packs that were released that year.
