You can get it in both forms, it's always better to inject any peptide or PED in most cases due to oral forms causing liver toxicity and kidney issues.
You need to change your mindset. You and only you have the ability to lose weight. When I was 15 I was 19 stone and when I was 16 I was 11 stone. Only me and my mindset allowed me to lose that weight. No miracle drug, no nonsensical weight watchers program and no starvation diet.
If you’re relying on an external source to “make” you lose the weight then it’s pointless. You might lose the weight but your mindset won’t change and you will gain it all back and in most cases gain more. I’ve been fat so I don’t buy into any of the excuses fat people make because I was once you. I don’t care about your thyroid, I don’t care if it’s a medical condition and I don’t care whatever other excuses you want to make because you can’t face the reality that it’s entirely your fault you are the size you are.
You have two options: give up and cry, say it’s too hard and you just can’t do it, blame everybody else and keep getting fatter. Or you can stop the madness, say to yourself that it’s going to be long and it’s going to be hard, you will struggle and you might cave and binge occasionally but it’s staying on the path, you can have bumps in the road but you have to stay on the path because you know the alternative your 24 stone you live it everyday.
Only you can make the change in your head, if you’re not fully committed to losing weight and actually doing the hard work then it’s pointless. No miracle drug can change your mindset. You can choose to take in my words as like I said I was once very overweight or you can ignore me but I may come across as harsh but nothing would make me happier than to know that this message motivated you to change your lifestyle and not just for your health but the fact that your family and friends will have you around on this earth for a lot longer. You saved my life. I had the noose wrapped round my neck and then somehow somewhere Alexa started playing the fellas podcasts. I have not stopped listening since all the seasons. All the podcasts. And I have finally caught up to date. Now without having another podcast to listen too. I may have too slowly wrap that noose round my neck again.
