- In this video, Naruschka Henriques, Head of Cosmetic Dermatology at the botonics Plastic Surgery Group, discusses the non-surgical refinement of noses using dermal filler injections.
What can be corrected with dermal fillers:
- crooked noses can be made straighter
- nose bridges can be increased
- nose tips can be elevated
- dorsal humps/hooked noses can be made straighter
- septum and nostrils thinned by recreational drug use can be improved
What cannot be corrected non-surgically:
- we cannot make a broad nose thinner
Inessa and Mathew are consulted, treatment administered, and their before and after photos displayed.
Inessa's nose tip is elevated beautifully using a combination of dermal fillers and botox. Notice how much smaller Mathew's nose looks following the treatment. This is accomplished completely without surgery, by augmenting the base and lifting the tip reducing the appearance of his dorsal hump.

Nikissilly Myhre OMG YESSS😂

I second Hugh Jass. Their noses look fine. I like hooked noses (those that go down when you smile/lower tip). Its the type of nose you find the most in art (greek statues, paintings, etc...)
omg his nose after was perfect, it was beautiful before too!
Hi. I'm just wondering would fillers help with sunken, low nose to radix bridge? So the radix can be lifted / augmented to avoid horizontal lines? Ie Steve Harvey
Their noses look fine.

Hi! I was wondering if their are nose fillers to make your nose fuller I feel my nose is to small

Why can't this non surgical be permanent.?? And is there any side effects thank you
I need a Nose Surgery asap my nose is the worst.
Is it not permanent ??
hi i just had a consultation and i was refused. they said that because the depresion (which is between my eyes) is too deep the dermal filler will pull my skin and longate my eyes. i do have small eyes and i dont wanna risk. im wondering whether that is true or not.
We often treat clients with low nose roots with success, why don't you send in some pictures to be assessed by our specialists on info@botonics.co.uk.
hi , great vid!small question. im a boxer. and i fight a lot of matches. is it smart for me to do a nose job? i rly rly hope ur gonna answer my questions . greetings and alot of luvv xoxo
+cookiemonster dollar and a dream Thanks for your question! If you don't like your nose then you always have the option of a non-surgical nose job, or a surgical rhinoplasty. However, when you're boxing, your nose will almost certainly receive repeated trauma, so you need to decide whether you're prepared to have the investment you make in improving your nose at risk for the spot you love. What ever you decide, bear in mind that you should not have any trauma to your nose during your recovery period (i.e. a couple of weeks following a non-surgical nose job, or several months following a rhinoplasty surgery). Good luck!
If some of it stays, how do you control that? Couldn't it end up lumpy as there is no way to control what stays and what doesn't?
you can get the fillers dissolved if you don’t like it or if like you said.
Do you recommend to go to plastic surgeon or dermatologist?
Hi Doun Star, you can see a plastic surgeon, doctor or nurse for this procedure, someone that is fully qualified and experienced in this treatment and understands facial anatomy. You can email us on info@botonics.co.uk for more information and even send in some pictures to have these assessed for suitability by our specialists.
If it lasted even 10 years I'd do it in a heartbeat. 1 year just doesn't cut it.
I have another question: the fillers for this guy stayed with him, does this always happen?
+Ying Ying A great question! In our experience, most people who maintain their dermal fillers tend to get a longer and longer duration. There are several theories as to why that happens (e.g. collagen stimulation from the treatment and filler, the body getting used to the filler and not breaking it down as quicky, etc). We can't say for certain however that this will happen to everyone.
what kind of dermal filler do you use for non surgical nose jobs?
Hi Ying Ying, thanks for your excellent question! For first time clients, we usually use Perlane. We prefer Perlane because it can be instantly dissolved if the client is unhappy with the result, it has excellent duration in the nose (6 - 12 months) and an excellent safety history. After we've treated a client several times, and we both are happy with the aesthetic outcome, we can upgrade the client to Radiesse if they prefer. Radiesse cannot be instantly dissolved, but lasts about twice as long so it is better value in the long run. We (and no reputable clinic) ever inject permanent fillers. If you have a complication with a permanent filler, you have a permanent complication. Our full non-surgical nose job price list can be found here: www.botonics.co.uk/treatments/non-surgical-nose-job/#!prices. Thanks Ying Ying!
botonicssurgery thanks a lot for the clear answer. If I lived anywhere near you I would be on my way to get this procedure done right now because the results in the video are amazing and give a great idea of what little change can have a huge impact on how you look. Thanks a lot for your helpful videos too and I will keep this in my mind for now.
Ying Ying Hi again, thanks for your question! Yes, we do find that, if a client regularly maintains their nose enhancement, the dermal filler does tend to last longer. When you first have it done, you usually come back for a maintenance treatment after about 4 - 6 months. There is still some filler left at that point, so we're refining and taking to the next level. After a number of treatments, the duration usually starts to increase to something like 6 - 9 months or more. It may be because the body is getting used to it, and collagen is developed around the injected area as a natural response to the treatment. Also, once we've treated you a few times, we can step up to a longer lasting filler called Radiesse. The disadvantage with Radiesse is that it cannot be instantly dissolved if you don't like the outcome. That's why we only use it once we've treated you a few times, and we know you like the look. Radiesse lasts about twice as long as Perlane. Thanks Ying Ying!
How much is it?
Hi Ivy, thanks for your question! Nose enhancements start from £400 for a 1.0ml Perlane treatment at botonics. Sometimes more is required if we need to build up the root of the nose (i.e. between the eyes), which is a common request from some ethnicities. However, the majority of our clients wish to resolve a minor hump, droopy tip or asymmetry. Probably 75%+ of our treatments only require 1.0ml of Perlane. Here's a link to our full list of nose enhancement prices: www.botonics.co.uk/treatments/non-surgical-nose-job/#!prices. Hope that answers your question Ivy!
How much would this usually cost?
+Alyssa Nanorini
Hi Alyssa, thanks for your question! The cost of non-surgical nose enhancement depends on the volume of dermal filler required and starts from £400 for 1.0ml of Perlane. Unless the client has a very low nose bridge, we are able to resolve the majority of clients’ nose concerns with the £400 treatment. Follow this link for a full list of nose enhancement prices: www.botonics.co.uk/treatments/non-surgical-nose-job/prices/
where can I get this done?
Hi Priscilla, thanks for your question! If you're able to come to London, England, we'd love to see you at one of our clinics for a non-surgical nose job treatment. Here's a link to our locations: www.botonics.co.uk/locations/
If none of our clinics are convenient for you, you may be able to find a practitioner who does it locally by researching Cosmetic Dermatology clinics in your vicinity. Be sure to research thoroughly, read reviews, look at their own before and after photos and look for a clinician that specialises in the treatment.
Best of luck Priscilla!
i live in the USA :(
Hi Priscilla! Turn that frown upside down! There are lots of great clinicians in the USA. Here's a good side that lists specialists, including reviews, photos, Q&A, etc.: www.realself.com/search/results?gsc.q=non%20surgical%20nose%20job
Best of luck Priscilla!
