    Lao pan, wanna ask you, why the chicken in the video look kinda yellowish before cook? At first I though that is was the chicken fat, but some of the yellow stuff look more like liquid.
    Thanks for the recipe.
    Instead of slice the ginger thin, I think I'm gonna try blend or pound the ginger in mortar, and then mix with all the ingredient to marinate the chicken.

      Tats the free range chicken, therefore it’s abit more yellowish, the fats also more yellowish

    Why need to wear gloves when cooking for own family? Not cooking for others or doing business in the restaurant? Maybe, some trying to be ‘Cleaner Than Thou’?
