Watching the video now (Monday morning in Australia) just a suggestion for the future, a professional organizer that I saw on UA-cam said to never wash the pop top lids as its so hard to get the water out and it can spoil the food if still damp in there, just wipe with damp cloth. I would love to see the Aldi shop as I work for Aldi in Australia and enjoy seeing the American stores.

you dont have to get rid of stuff that "expired" in february. passing the expiration date doesnt make the food go bad from one day to another… The food is still good to eat!

I’ve heard this too! How do you know how long after the “best by” date something is good?
I agree especially these days. Hold on to canned goods for a bit longer.
I thought expiration date meant they were bad by that date? They all went “bad” in February 2022
an expiration day means expired throw it out. best if used by date means you judge its still good.
