what do you mean justice for riley ! He caused his own demised by getting drunk and stumbling around an unfamiliar place to the point of going into the river. He is the guilty party, not the bar or the people on the street

Case should stay open, unlikely accidental. Appears, Riley was drugged in a Bar in Downtown Nashville, & Roofies are common in Bars in Downtown Nashville.
