This is weird as heck, but worked with my Big Mac. I added a bit of lotion (I know, weird) to the chalkier side, and it kinda soothes it? I dunno it might just be mine, but that's what I did! I also painted his hooves the yellow in order to cover up the bits I also couldn't get off. Good luck!
Lol! I've done that as well! Chapstick does the same thing... until it dries up. :)

I'll never understand why Hasbro graffitis up new characters! I still haven't opened my Mac, but will probably run into the same issue. I ruined one of my Pony Mania figures doing the same thing. After too much scrubbing, the acetone starts eating away at the plastic. I've been meaning to pick up some art sealant spray out of curiosity... I am thinking it may be able to add back the gloss.

the was i tried doing it was getting nail polish remover but that only works good on light colored ponies unlike big mac
I have the white one and I tried to remove it too it was so hard.

I don't think that that was actually pure acetone! Whenever I have done paint-removal customs, I washed them afterward with soap and warm water and that usually fixed the acetone mark thing. Thanks for reviewing him in such detail! You are definitely one of my favorite ponytubers/pony reviewers!
Hm, I don't know... I did try washing him, but it didn't really work. Someone else suggested using body lotion, and that worked pretty well for me :)
