The topps series 2 mega boxes are $54.99 at Walmart for anyone interested. Went to 3 Walmarts over the past two days and two had roughly 5 each (the other one had nothing). I have opened one so far (have two more to open tonight) and pulled a home field advantage.
@@boogerf3679sure, it was Triston McKenzie . I never pull these and I open a ton of topps series 1 and 2 every year. Only the second one I’ve ever pulled.
I’ve bought around 5 at target, 3 autos pulled, 2 relics, and tons of numbered cards. They are absolutely loaded.
@@Branden_Carlo They are for sure. I bought two giant boxes from Target and I pulled one Corbin Carroll auto and another auto of a rookie who is terrible lol.

@@Branden_Carlo Yeah, I couldn't believe it! The other thing I couldn't believe is that I actually pulled the second auto out of the second box. I bought 4 hobby boxes and they were terrible. Complete waste of money.
Appreciate the high quality video and lighting, as it shows off the vertical scratches I noticed on a number of cards.
Man the prices are killing me. Went over to eBay to check out how much these master boxes are and they're asking around $250+ for them. You know you're not gonna get even close to your money back with any of those. It's almost like they're pushing people towards buying into breaks because that's the only affordable part of the hobby right now. That being said, I absolutely love the look of these cards.
I stopped collecting baseball cards because of the price gauging. It was really fun while it lasted. On to something else, I guess.
@@WillsCardBreaks Funny enough baseball isn't even bad. The prices of football and basketball panini products is absolutely insane right now. A hobby box of any of that is over $400.
One of my cards had a finger print on it. It was weird. It didn't show on camera too well. You did way better than I did. Good rip Jabs!

Votto is just a hair shy of a career .300/.400/.500 slash line. He would be a slam dunk HOFer if he had those same stats in LA, NY, Boston, etc.
Bought a box of Finest this year. I had four duplicates in the box. I do like the cards, but, come on Topps!!
As a cardinals fan I loved the Libby auto/99 and the Arenado/50! Great video as always

Said this on another one of your Finest videos but I really love this year's design. Especially the numbered parallels, the colors really pop.
The best thing about Walmart selling cards is they've stabilized the prices on certain sets. It's not the old days where you pay 2 or 3 times the price of the box a few months later.
I miss the RPA’s in Finest!! But I really like that all auto’s are on card!!!
You mentioned quality control…I opened a master box and noticed several issues. There were some divots, edge dings, and weird lines on several cards. It’s painful when that happens to your autographed and numbered cards. Has me thinking twice about getting a second box. Other than that disappointment, the cards are great lol.

I think your veterans and good player cards has there highs in the off season and when your waiting for baseball to come back on then when new releases come out everybody sells veterans for low so they can flip there money by opening product for prospects which then makes it gambling and thats what i love doing

Just saw the video of a breaker opening a box and EVERY CARD was a gold #50...oh and there was a Mark Vientos redemption auto, probably the worst card in the box lol
I think you might have gotten an short print. On the Joey Votto auto he was batting and and another card of him he was fielding

I wanted to collect basketball & football sport cards but a pack is too much is not like back then when packs were affordable $1.99, $2.50 the max i paid for a pack was $5

Jabs, have you seen the all gold boxes of these? People are getting all golds /50 as every card in the box and apparently Topps did this on purpose and call it a gold loot chest or whatever. I really hope you get to open one. Damn this makes me wanna buy some but I know I'll just get crap.

Thats ok with only 3 new releases last month. The oversaturation and enormous print runs are hurting the hobby. The lack of sales of 2023 show this.

Always dig the Topps Finest cards. Agree with you that if Joey Votto has another solid year or two, he may get in the HOF. Still waiting for Kenny Lofton, Dale Murphy, Steve Garvey, and Keith Hernandez to get their call to the Hall.
wish i could affored these, my parents only buy me 20-30 dollar boxes from dicks sporting goods twice a year or so, but my uncle is a card collecter so he gives me some cool stuff.
There's an awful lot of scratches on these cards.
