I just realized a lot of people get the wrong idea about aimlabs. It's not supposed to instantly improve your aim. Pros use it as a another way to warmup. I usually do aimlab to wake myself up and get in the zone. Its a good way to improve the "speed" of your aim. Once I feel I'm awake I go to the range to get my muscle memory down with like the player models, flicks, tracking, and movement. 2-3 Deathmatches is a good way to finish everything off. A lot of people say aimlabs is ass but I think it's the way you utilize it. Its just like prematch routines professional athletes do. Aimlabs for speed, the range for accuracy and movement, finally deathmatch is like putting everything together. Learning how to properly warmup has definitely got me out of Diamond.

Sens is about muscle memory, consistency but also preference. If you know how much length of mousepad you have to move to get from point A to point B is easier to adjust. But if you force a crazy high sense flicks are way more doable than you might think.
