Tip: If you are an AMEX Platinum or Centurion cardholder, try booking their FHR rates as you will get additional amenities such as breakfast, property credit and space available upgrade.
Actually, the better option is to book through a virtuoso affiliated travel agent. Hotels usually prioritise travel agent customers over FHR members, as the agents themselves have connections with the hotel's management.
@@kraftpunk6654 It also depends on who the Virtuoso agent is. Sometimes the agent might have connections with certain properties but not others. Also, AMEX FHR has guaranteed 4PM check out whereas Virtuoso is 4PM check out based on availability. Personally, I would book Virtuoso for the first part of the stay and AMEX FHR for the final night if late check out is important.
I probably have watched this video now like 30 times. Because its very well filmed and its my Dream to come one Day to Tokyo and this Hotel. Thank you very much for this vid! 🙏
Wow.. I'm 8min into the video and im already impressed. I love your personal touch on these journeys and i reeeally love those types of video please continue, make more, create more and dont stop because it WILL pay off at some time in the future if thats what you would love to do/achieve. Thanks for the video
Aman urban? Excited! Then, meh: tedious check in, minibar is extra$ at $3500/night, a really small TV, cinderblock and particle board design aesthetic without even a flower. Thanks for showing me how to save lots of money.
I find your captions come and go to quickly to be able to observe the scenery and read the captions, would appreciate a slightly longer delay. A wonderful video capturing the luxury of the Aman brand.
I feel the Standard room offers better views than the corner suites as the bed is positioned windows adjacent. At this moment Aman is in a league of its own Six Senses & FS come close but not enough. Very good cinematography and that 20 sec intro was absolutely spot on.
I first saw to Small Laude Vlog a Filipina Vlogger. But this is the first I saw the Hotel with much nicer presentation. That ceiling gives me excitement i wish i could see that in person. Really impressed with how grandeur the Hotel is ❤❤❤
Like 33 👍 Hello from Naples, Florida. We enjoyed visiting the beautiful hotel. Very nice views of the city. Thank you so much for sharing this part of the world with us.
Aman has been on my bucket list for quite a while, and even though we've got one in Thailand, the price per night is really a reach for me (even when compared to other five star hotels in Thailand and Aman in other countries). I hope that one day I'll be able to afford a night at one of these amazing rooms.
Enjoyable video but leaving the text a little longer on screen to read might have helped! The Aman hotel interior is so like The Upper House Hotel interior in Hong Kong. Thanks again!
Great video. it looks amazing. must admit, at first i didnt like the style of the room especially in the living room, the couch seemed too simple with the small tv and i really didn’t like the hidden desk and bathroom with the grey brick wall, didnt seem luxury at all tbh but the bedroom seemed much nicer and especially the bathroom looked incredible, and everything changed with the sunset, night and sunrise.. WOW it turned into a different place. The common spaces also looked top level, i would’ve also visited a pool like that multiple times too! 30 meters is impressive for a city pool in general lol. I love that they gave you that personalized service, just the idea that you never had to confirm a name or room number is an experience i hope to try.
The views through the huge windows were stunning. The room design with all the blond wood felt cold and sterile to me. Sound echoed do to lack of carpet or rugs. The furniture was functional. It was nice you had friends to share your table with you.
Looks like a normal 5 star hotel with clean basic rooms which should be the standard for all hotels but is it worth about 1000 USD per night probably not but if you got extra cash laying around and dont know what to do with it then this would be a good choice.
The only thing I’d say with this fantastic video is some times your subtitles are a bit too quick. Like at 6:51. Outside of that I really like your content.
This hotel reminds me of my favorite hotel in Hong Kong. Called, The Upper House. In Admiralty. HK Island. Near Pacific Place high end shopping mall. Their rooms are some of the biggest hotel rooms in HK. About 700 square feet. Same sense of design too. Zen like. Why I love to stay there too.
Would you mind to share what size is that luggage? Carry on S (Standard) size Rimowa?? And your overcoat, jacket and shoe? Thank you very much for this video. Appreciate the efforts you put on this video.
I’d never heard of this brand before I started to look for accommodations in Tokyo. I typically stay at Peninsula or Ritz-Carlton properties. BTW, the suite you were shown first is larger than my house! I live in the City of Los Angeles.
Your suite room i think was better than the first suitethata you showed us in this video! I'm a Centurion card holder! thanks ! me too I like Aman resorts! My wife and I we stayed for to weeks in phuket Amanpuri resort, I booked a Three bedrooms villa, was Amazing huge private pool ,private butler, private waiter, private chef, great time and relaxing time! was in december a night 5,000-6,000$ I liked the restaurant near the swimming pool great food there, but most of the time i just had dinner in my villa living room or patio!
i stayed at some pretty nice hotels last time i went, W Osaka, Kimpton Shinkjuku, The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, Tokyo Okura, Kobe and Kyoto. this is leagues above all of them
I’m going to comment in that the hotel feels like it’s missing that warm Japanese touch. It’s a little stern. I love the hotel it’s just that something is missing.
The suite is beautifully designed and very sympathetic to its location in Japan, but it looks rather uncomfortable to actually sit down in. I think I will go for the Shangri-la for a more comfortable feeling suite.
For $3,500, I don't see the value. That's a $1,000 for me, but most likely out of ignorance about the prices in Tokyo and how much one can oversell the view. I had my expectations crazy high then, if that is the best hotel in Tokyo. Anyway, about the review, you did a great job, congrats and thanks!
Man, pretty underwhelming, I was expecting a lot more for the amount of money and the experience is similar to a sterile hospital not a world class luxury hotel.
I sorta' agree. For $3.5k, it seems extremely overpriced. I'm sure the fact that it's Tokyo is a huge factor in its price though. It's definitely nice but it doesn't seem worth triple the cost of places like the Peninsula.
Aman is overrated at a lot of their properties I feel (Amansara is exceptional though). People like them because they go for this feeling of exclusivity though often I feel like their services don't match. For hard product (e.g. rooms and furnishings), hotels like Rosewood often have better quality materials and for soft product (service) those places you mentioned in the description such as Seasons and Ritz will often do it better. For Tokyo the Mandarin Oriental and Okura will be better and you'll probably remember their personalised service far longer than you'll remember what material the bath at Aman was made out of.
Tip: If you are an AMEX Platinum or Centurion cardholder, try booking their FHR rates as you will get additional amenities such as breakfast, property credit and space available upgrade.
Thank you!!! I’m definitely going to check this option out.

In short each privellege have to find yoursels instead of relying staff to look for best deal. They not going to entertain that
Good to know! Thank you, these videos have made my stay in Japan very nice!
this is one of the most detailed review of AMAN TOKYO I found! great work!

manifesting with this video before starting work 😊
Very comprehensive and thorough review. Thank you for your sharing your amazing experience with us. I am one of the Amanjunkies.

Love your storytelling without even saying a lot

excellent review and subtitles. great camerawork
Wow one of the best out there. For sure worth the price and more. Just fly there for the day would be worth it. Nice vid.
I said WOW! To the view just before you. This hotel is amazing
Hope you had a nice stay Azraai!! Love you and your videos 😊♥️
great video! amazing hotel that blow my mind.
Thank you for this review. One of the best out there. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Beautiful hotel. I'd love to stay there, but it's definitely very expensive!
6.41 ; wow the lobby is impressive . Looks like a 30-40 feet ceiling , that is amazing .
this is my type of videos ..makes me feel luxurious type of way...keep them coming i hope you may give us dubai content

I really enjoyed the calmness of this video. Feels immersive.
Tokyo: Japan already notified me of opening for our immediate arrival. Thanks. We fly to Tokyo promptly. Today.
It’s crazy how this was $1K a night a few years ago.
Your channel a content is such a vibe. 👌🏼
Thanks for video, cant wait your next video
Omg... It's my dream to stay in Aman!
fantastic review❤🎉
I look forward to your Aman Kyoto review
Aman has been on my bucket list for quite a while, and even though we've got one in Thailand, the price per night is really a reach for me (even when compared to other five star hotels in Thailand and Aman in other countries). I was searching a nice suite to go to in Tokyo, and after seeing your video, it makes me want to take a suite in Aman Tokyo
You'll surely love the suite! Just prepare to be starstruck by the glimmering Tokyo skyline view!

Great video!
Excellent video - thank you!
still can't justify paying $3k+ for one night no way in hell
Exactly, you can book other very nice hotels for a fraction of the price with 90% of the quality
@@ffvgaming3735which hotel would you recommend?
i agree , it is the best hotel . when i saw your review i feel peace

This is seriously the best hotel in Tokyo!
Great video , subscribe . Love the high luxury lifestyle
Is the spa and pool tattoo friendly?

Jordan's when walking into the AMAN lobby.

Experiencing luxury vicariously through you. :)
I wish I had a trip like that. Greetings from Canada.
The service 5 min into the video , no wonder why it is not cheap😂😂😂😂😂, exquisite
The view is always amazing from the top floor. 😊
Welcome to TOKYO
I’m living nearby AMAN TOKYO 5 minutes on foot
I love their pool, but I think TOKYO’s best pool is in Shangri-La TOKYO
Janu Tokyo the sister brand will be open this autumn. From the pics hard products looks equally good
Nice clean design. Typical Japanese. Which I love. “Less is more” design. Incredible service there. Thank you for this video.

so chic!
I came to peace just watching your Aman stay, very relaxing 😴
Dnst seem that luxurious would have expected more by Aman.
Aman New york is way better. Truly on another lvl.
Nice couple ❤❤❤❤
2:51 no coffee spilled 👍
The views are great and I'm sure the hotel staff are great but this doesn't feel like a $3,500 a night room.
You are paying that for one of the best hotels in the world tho. Prices for those can easily reach tens of thousands for the night.
The amazing thing about traveling to Japan is that you get 5 star service almost everywhere. THE best customer service on the planet bar none.
Another aman properties worth checking out is amanpulo! Located in the Philippines, you can find yourself relaxing at a private island in Palawan!
Would you mind to share what size is that luggage? Carry on S (Standard) size Rimowa?? And your overcoat, jacket and shoe? Thank you very much for this video. Appreciate the efforts you put on this video.
When's your Aman Kyoto review coming please?
I’d never heard of this brand before I started to look for accommodations in Tokyo. I typically stay at Peninsula or Ritz-Carlton properties. BTW, the suite you were shown first is larger than my house! I live in the City of Los Angeles.
Aman is ultra-luxury. Insane, insane prices beyond even some established 5-star names.
Mr Azraai, thank you for the nice video. I really enjoy watching your videos, can I know where are u from? Since ur accent is quite unique
I think he is a Malaysian who spent most of his life in Japan, hence the mixed Malay-Japanese accent.
Room 403 giving me WeWork vibe.
AMAN TOKYO is the greatest hotel! I want to stay the hotel!
bro visited the Arasaka tower in realife😂
What camera is he using? The video quality is AMAZING
Look in the description. It’s the iPhone 12max and the dji Pocket 2 😍
For the most part, things seemed reasonably priced. The only outrageous price was for the 60-minute massages. That was a bit excessive lol
staying at tokyos most expensive hotel but starting the breakfast with packed chocolate and starbucks :) omg

Very nice....!
Like a school class room !! Are you a Salesman for AMAN ...
beautiful hotel
Where's you jacket from that you are wearing on the train?
Is it better than Bvlgari Hotel?
Nice video Azraai Azuha ✅
during evening, is the lobby pretty active with guest drinking? or is it pretty quiet like other aman properties
The lobby was pretty packed in late afternoon, but never uncomfortably noisy. Non-hotel guests can also partake in afternoon tea at the lobby lounge.
is there a traditional tatami room? I remember going to a hotel that provided one i did sleep in it.
What camera do you use?
This kinda reminds me of the hotel mission in Cyberpunk 2077.
Tokyo reminds me of Mexico City a lot. Both world class mega cities.
I know this is in Tokyo but why do you have to sign waivers to stay in a hotel?
I’m going to comment in that the hotel feels like it’s missing that warm Japanese touch. It’s a little stern. I love the hotel it’s just that something is missing.

The suite is beautifully designed and very sympathetic to its location in Japan, but it looks rather uncomfortable to actually sit down in. I think I will go for the Shangri-la for a more comfortable feeling suite.
