- Hello to all my friends! Do you have tomatoes and eggs at home? I propose to make a simple, quick and very tasty recipe with eggs. For me, this is the perfect healthy breakfast. This tomato and spinach omelette recipe will appeal to everyone!
INGREDIENTS.
2 tomatoes
10 eggs
300 ml milk
Pepper 3 pieces
Olive oil 60 g
green onion
Parsley
spinach
150g cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
dried garlic
dried sweet paprika
Pomegranate sauce
Fry the tomatoes on both sides. Beat 5 eggs, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper and milk and stir. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and cover with a lid. When the omelet has set, add the roasted peppers and cheese and pour the egg mixture over the spinach and herbs. Cover with a lid and cook until the omelet is ready. You can also put the omelette in the oven to cook it faster. This is a simple omelet recipe but very colorful and delicious. Maybe you will cook omelette in other original ways, write in the comments.

LOL... He literally put in 10 eggs and enough salt and oil to kill a large sized snail... not to mention a bunch of other ingredients than just tomatoes. Not only is the recipe NOT so quick and simple, but definitely not ideal for those who are watching their cholesterol and sodium levels.

Looks good but the title is deceptive. "Eggs, tomatoes, nice and easy". Took a lot more ingredients with several other steps making this not a quick, easy recipe in my book.

A los huevos deberias cascarlos con un cuchillo y primero dejarlos caer en un plato y luego a la fuente, porque si alguno esta malo lo podes eliminar en cambio de la otra manera llegas a desperdiciar los huevos que ya pusiste.

I think if you stayed with the first five eggs spices and tomatoes you'd have a pretty mice dish. Adding the mext five and greens is redundant You couldake a chopped green salad to go along with the first half of the receipe and the two would compliment each other.
