This is a private server, basically the game's server except it's your own server. All data hosted in your computer, you can pretty much do anything like create an account with every playable student, maybe a 2,147,483,647 pyroxene on your account and so on. Since the server is yours, no one outside the server can see it except you. However running this private server does have limitation, it's not entirely perfect sometimes it can crash (just like what happened on video earlier) Probably the main benefits running private server, you can try some stuff you wanted to do but can't with your real account (like testing the characters ability or something else)

there's literally a server running in the background, you can see the requests flowing it might be on a remote machine but the reason for the ping is probably the emulator itself, they're very resource-hungry
@@keneshindev And to add to what you said, the emulator can be further optimized as well they is probably like some kind of alpha testing. Once it gets proper release more and more people will contribute to it. But to be honest I doubt it's that resource extensive. Probably needs some optimization.
