Camtraptions DSLR Camera Trap - Irish Wildlife Photography

Managed to capture an image of a Wood Mouse using the Camtraptions DSLR Camera Trap set-up. Camera was a Nikon D7500 with the Nikon AF-S 35mm f/1.8G.
With many failed attempts with Foxes, Deer and other subjects I decided to try get a more reliable subject (Rats and Mice).

Been using Camtraptions kit for a few years now, including a DSLR infrared camera and filters over the flash guns, keep working at it Sean, it’s great fun and you can get fabulous results 👍🏼

What were the settings for the shots? Did you prefocus manually on one spot?

Hi, yes manually focused on the spot the triggers the sensor 👍
