Messi además de goleador es un gran asistidor, asi que se derriba el mito de que el Barca juega para Messi. He notado que en los regates, Cr7 necesita alargar mucho el balón pasar a sus rivales recurriendo a la velocidad, y cuando debe pasar a dos, le cuesta mucho. Generalmente pasa a uno y suelta el pase inmediatamente a un compañero, o incluso no pasa a ningún rival, solo hace unos amagues improductivos y pasa el balón. Messi en cambio lleva la pelota atada al pie, y suele pasar entre 3 o 4 jugadores del otro equipo con mucha facilidad y frecuencia. Es un talento natural, eso no se aprende ni con practica, ni inventando tonterías al estilo CR7.

I haven't made a case in this debate ( Messi vs. Ronaldo) for a while, but now I propose one. Primarily to the people that strongly, not ignorantly, believe Cristiano is a better Futball player than Messi. Just to be clear I love Cristiano he was my initial idol, I'd praised him like no other, until I saw ....... I can never seem to find a word in the English lexicon to properly express what Messi is, in my eyes. Still to this day I love Cr7 as of right he's actually on par with Leo if not better (numbers wise), so I'm not hating on him at all. Like I said I can't articulate Leo's game so I'll propose this, if you believe CR7 is better, not right now but as a whole and the impact they have on a game, dismiss numbers, just skill and honours, go watch any video of Messi, Ierahdtv has the best, tell me if you still think CR7, who's by the way is in my top 10 for GOAT, is still better than Lionel. I could never comprehend this "debate" it is by far the most asinine thing to hear someone say CR7 is better, I've always thought it was blatantly obvious who was better.
