I put all of these ingredients into a morning shake, except for olive oil. Now I'm going to try adding olive oil to see how it tastes.

Cocoa powder is good, much like dark chocolate, but personally, I’ve not be able to develop a taste for it. Hopefully, you are not adding a ton of sugar like I used to. 😉

It is a lie right there. First, Greeks know that the center of the world is Delphi. Not you!
Other than that...asking for trouble with shortcomings.. Well dear customer , I can give all the answers. But the thing with you people is your own reflection in water. Water level stayed the same. But you simply ignore it...Some answers are simply not meant for your kali yuga kind. Too overwhelming . You can't handle the truth. Truth is in both, in medical areas and people in need of it: on both sides actors praying on scrutiny of a small atom piece of puzzle by zooming in it to the point of revelation..almost like crown chakra is opened and you are blessed with a beam of knowledge that simply obeys you.. Aha! Complexity of the body is beyond anything small and glitchy as food allergy. Try to put in perspective water 88 , with light 89 and glass. They are all the same( solitons HYX), different appearance. We see matter thanks to light. ..How many forms of ice? 19? Over 78000!
If you want health, remove YELLOW (eyed Winchester demon)! Roasted = amids. Eye in yellow = liver( foot also ...angiogenesis is far stretch reach). Smoking= yellow skin... etc etc...yellow submarine...of toxic left overs after washing veggies, berries etc...from all the
      "good" antibiotic pesticide defenders...
Food itself is not a problem. Your reaction to it is. General manners. "Schizoid and bipolar disordered sugar," brain depending.. sacrificing of all the rest ...for some Parkinson, dementia, Alzheimers you name it..just add sugar. Gums among teeth, connection to nose, eyes, ears...and belly..source of all drama.. of topology of human body ended! Encoded in disaster.
And above all ...all food will kill us. So does the Sun as a second energy source. Respect your body! But nobody ever eats to the point of sugar attack. It is a simple list that contains water, MINERALS, omegas(first line of defence..inflammation related), certain special chemicals and it is not a full list. There is much nutrition on the internet from medical sources like this channel. I shall leave some data. Of course I am not a source, nor I give medical advice.Still, take care of sleep, insuline, cortisol.. Idk those are typical first responders. First eat first psyllium, flax seed minced, garlic( leave it on air , salt it and then eat it), leeks, NO banana for you( green perhaps, those unripe, immature has less sugar)..and all other soluble fiber. So first fiber. Then, next, second you eat veggies and protein. And third add or simply skip carbs, sugars, cakes. In that particular ORDER!
If the liver allows it, if the kidneys allow it.. you can supplement.
Use quercetin zinc bromelain protein combination. Doctor will see why.
Don't eat wheat. . Bread removes E vitamins. Dates, figs, plums, are few examples of sugary. Beans= lectins + sugars(2 attacks!). But take care of lectins, phytines, and antinutrients . People soak nuts, seeds, and legumes. It is fine, but sometimes I simply can't eat those, at least not in the quantity that I used to. No taste. Inflammation is an immunity, blood, joint reaction. I eat or drink olive oil and almonds for E. You can also take D3 (5000 IU )K2( 200 - 300 mcg). Yolk has K2. But then you have to eat spirulina or some source of A. All fatty vitamins have this in common: locomotive compoSiTion. They all must be ingested- if you want an effect you desire. Plus some fatty food taken with it as well. Absorption-related. And BMI related. More BMI, more D3 you need. Immunosuppressant : careful with it. True it can harmonize hormones, take some belly off. But there are autoimmune related processes in the body as well. So AED3K2 + Magnesium + fatty foods. Magnesium for women 300 mg daily intake and dosage for men 400 mg.
Sugar needs magnesium for" a fiery autoimmune body". 2 ways to get a fatter body. Eat sugar , sit , repeat. Another: eat bread and activate immune response ...in an instant... and make even more fat. Twice. Because complex sugars are sugars. And cortisol stress is another kick in the fatty army going to resque with isolation. More BMI, more D3 units you need.
Histamines, allergy to food , to fermented bacteria( natto, kimchi, sauerkraut, instead of wheat beer = rice beer?) I had a laugh on using sea water desalination in cabbage production. But have you seen the palm oil production disaster?
Insulin resistance needs almost 40 days of iron discipline for instance.
I personally don't eat chocolate. It makes blood clots, makes my blood pressure go up, as too much sugar..to the point I can vomit. Like I inhaled bad polluted air. You see, the nose and mouth are directly connected to the brain. And bad gums can as well as bad probiotics, low number of good 4 positive families of bacteria(1 negative are responsible for thin belly), or itchy nose self attack eye as open part of brain, meningitis perhaps, heavy metal toxicity, losing hearing, or at worst dementia Alzheimer, Parkinsons.. all from simple sugar!!!
Skip coffee and amids. Check all the food you eat. Skip processed.
You people MUST GET THIS. We are allowed to use these bodies of ours. Nothing, I mean NOTHING is ours. From thought, to nature and content of space, or the body itself. Bacteria are present in two welding joints. Our bodies have over 30 billion millions of volts. We are lightning bolts.Water is a more stable form of electricity. So called EZ water. Can relate to piezo. But some German Deutsch ez..forgot.. If you want to live another day, start going more to nature. Away from wi-fi. Help in communities to make more SOIL. Soil is SOUL. Dead plants are fertilizers. Also chemical engineering. But above all water itself. If lighting hits water it disinfects the surface. Plasma indu-ced water helps as the BIOACTIVE( kirigami ) part. In growth, in bigger plants , in layers that keep plants away from parasitic species. Weed. Anda is ellipse.
There is much to cover. I can't. Do it yourself. If you are unsatisfied with effort. Goodbye!

Sir, I mix( MM I CS) cocoa powder with slightly warm water( minerals are sensitive, and powder is better mixed that way) every morning. I don't add sugar. Or honey. Or agave. Or sucralose or any chain of sugar.
And above all I use not processed cocoa powder. Oxalates are in there. But I don't react to them like I have to chocolate. I had a period of mixing chocolate with gummy bears to the point where I vomited. Or heavy breath, choking while running etc. Constipation. But true natural , salmonella less , Brazil, Peru, grown cocoa? - no problem. A ok! Idk if Africa has its own cocoa. Can cocoa thrive there in that climate? Other than land or soil, the problem is that people have no money to afford simple life.
Neither fighting focuses on learning, doing things the right way. Time as an excuse.
Although there is permaculture. And "land of opportunity". Land or soil is the soul of our bacterial fungi well being. The Sun is giving all the stars above electricity to Earth. So the question asked in the video : answer is right there. We can't eat soil. Nor can we make water or land. But we can manage it. With dead plants, plasma induced water, and actual asking of our kids and neighbours to offer solutions rather than fight a war over anything.
PS Add banana to it. Cinnamon... Fiber, sugar, potassium..plus PSE of elements from cocoa.
One antiinflammatory being used by the body, by the body first is omega 3.
Omega 7 macadamia is an expensive Australian modulator too.

I love dark chocolate but only in small portions and only the 70% less isn't very effective and more than that gets pretty bland. I often eat a spoon of peanut butter with it seems to help the flavor.
