This was the best explanation of the GTD system. I was getting overwhelmed watching other content creators videos 😂 You thoroughly explained the process of adding to your weekly and daily. This was the part of the process I wanted to know. God Bless
Thank you so so much for this video (and the other one you’ve uploaded explaining the GTD-method). I’m new to ring planners & inserts & just got my first Moterm personal rings planner & am in the process of setting it up. I found your videos on here & relly like the style of them. Now I want to buy a loooot of them since they seem so functional & neat looking too. 😅🙈
I think this is only the second video of yours that I’ve watched, but when you said you don’t budget on paper I was thinking, “She’s going to say that she uses YNAB!” Because YNAB is the best budgeting tool out there in my experience and I just get the impression that you would use the smartest tool. 😎
I just bought your gtd bundle so I am binge watching all your videos to see how you use them! I've read David Allen's book but I think your inserts will be extremely precious to me! Just a little heads up since I am Italian, Firenze is the Italian name for the city of Florence and it is pronounced "Fee-ren-zeh"
Fun fact: The Franklin Planning System's daily page is set up similar to yours. However, in the task section there's a couple of narrow columns, then the wide one for the description. ... You write the tasks down as they come to mind in the wide column. Then on Sunday, you prioritize by placing an A for all the stuff that must be done that day, B for "I hope" it gets done today and C "it might happen" today. You can have more than one task with each letter because next you prioritize each A with a 1,2, or 3, etc. In the first column, you put your bullet for done, in progress, migrate etc. So you don't need a top 3 section, you just look for all the A's in column 2. ❤🌅🌵😷
confession: I am a planner weirdo. #2: You are funny! The part where you held the highlighter...like a UA-cam guru 🤣🤣🤣 and your new friend at work 😂😂😂 New subbie here. I am a GTD functional planner type. I' look forward to more videos 😀 oh and I'm a nurse too 👩⚕️
Oh my goodness!!! I literally laughed out loud when you said scaling back about your excitement about planning. LMBO! That is so me. They just don't get it lol

We start planning to become more organised and then it turns into a hobby. I so get the crazy planner lady. I'm 100 % pen & paper with budgeting etc
😊
This was so helpful as a GTD person who loves paper but struggled to get the system down
Aw, thank you so much! I’m glad it was helpful for you

😂 YES I love it! Do you use it too? And thank you for that compliment 😉.
Love YNAB!!
YNAB is amazing!!!
Love Ynab, too. I am all for paper planning, but nothing beats Ynab for budgeting.

Awesome! And thank you for the pronunciation tip!

I used to plan with a Franklin Covey planner, and I really do adore the ABC prioritization method!

Haha thank you! I think we have a lot in common. 😂 😘

Great video, Amanda!!
Thanks, B!!!
@@perfectionismprints8584 I need to go watch everything on your channel I haven’t had time yet so I need to go back and watch your past videos!! 🖤
@@planwithbee5846 they’re nowhere near as polished as yours! 😅
@@perfectionismprints8584 aww that’s so sweet of you to say! Thank you so much! :)
I'm here because of plan with bee and brandy Michelle. Love these inserts!
The to do list when you get no-shows is a genius. I usually just twiddle my thumbs. Haha.
Sometimes I do that too! 😂 Do you work in medicine too?
I don’t see no royal blue anywhere
Ok when you started talking about not being able to talk planners in real life made me LAUGH OUT LOUD because it is SOOOO true.. hahaha
hahaha, yes you get it!
Where do you find personal wide paper?
Handyforms.com. Check out my video called "The Best Paper for People Who Hate Printing Planner Inserts". 😊
4 year old? Momma of a 20 and 12 (on the 30th). I miss those early sports days 😆. It gets better, but still a great time as well 🥰
Aw, thanks! It’s nice to hear from someone who’s been there 😂.
