HI Bros.! - I am from Delhi and loved your vlog- great start !!!. I liked the way you described your day's adventures in Mumbai. Vegetarian food is safest in India. If you are feeling hungry and want to avoid any oily /fried stuff, ask for Dal (Lentil) and Chawal (Rice) or Dal and Roti (Bread)- this is safest food to have anywhere in North India. In South and West and nowadays everycity in India has Idly (fermented rice pancake)and cocunut chutney and sambar will keep your tummy safe. If you have any oily stuff like samosa or pakoda - wash it down with Chaas (butter milk) or Lassi (thicker version of butter milk) - these will nuetralise the oily stuff. In cities, go to eateries which are crowded- they have high turnover and no carry forwarded stuff and popularity means they have to be careful not to lose their clientele. On National Highways -the thumb rule is to stop at Dhabas (Roadside eateries) where truck drivers eat - you will not go wrong on stuff- Vegetarian stuff is by far safest in India. Lunch is between 1pm to 3 pm , Tea (ask for ginger tea or masala tea) , Filter Coffee (in south India). If you want to have a gastronomic adventure in North India- try- Chole Bature, Chole Kulche, Samosa (you already tried), Bread Pakoda, Onion Pakoda, Matar Paneer, Palak Paneer, Rajma Rice, Chole Rice etc. In west - Bata vada, Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Bhel Puri , In South India- Idly, Dosa varieties, Filter Coffee, Vada varities, Pongal, Bajji, etc. Sometimes, all these times are available in same eatery, but try to get the flavor in the local region otherwise people tend to mix their local ingredients and make their own variety. Best Wishes !!

I believe that Samosas and the accompanying sauce has captured a special place in your hearts. Samosas are the most liked snacks all over India and there are multiple variables in them. And also the Chai in India is a perfect hot drink preferred by millions of Indians. Do visit the southern part of India and I doubt you would ever return to Germany! Have a lip smacking journey all the way! Thank you for visiting India, that is incredible all over the world!
Man what you are saying, you didn't expected "Chai" in India😂...really??...India is well known for it's flavourful tea. After China, we were the first to try Tea , even before Iran and other Arabic countries.
@zingwibrothers yepp you should go there for sure... also tea plantation happen in these states also Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradedh, sikkim, Uttarakhand and West bengal. India is 4th largest tea exporter. And we alone consume 18% of total world tea consumption. Just for your knowledge 😅.
@zingwibrothers also now you are in Mumbai so don't forget to try Alphonso Mangoes and other kind of Mangoes. As Maharashtra is the largest producer of mangoes in India. And we export it to every country in the world.
I am from Kolkata, which is called the cultural capital of India 😊 It is on the Eastern side of India. 🙏🇮🇳 Must try Mumbai street food are pav bhaji, vada pav, bombay sandwich, falooda, keema pav, misal pav, etc. Just be careful with the kind of combination you guys are taking. You do not drink lassi, Pepsi and tea on the same sitting. Lassi is a yogurt drink, Pepsi is a soda full of sugar and tea is a hot sip milk mixed drink, together they can result in an upset tummy. You should ideally maintain a couple of hours gap between those drinks. 🙏🇮🇳
thank you for coming to mumbai and eating snacks at a clean restaurant. but i may suggest you dont drink cold drinks like pepsi or coke while eating milk related foods...that may not suit your stomach later on. tips to survive indian spicy food is to drink 'chaas'(buttermilk) or lassi after the meal. and dont drink cold drinks during or after the meal.
Hey!! ZingwiBrothers How are you?? I am savina from India ,your new subscriber.I have recently started watching your videos. India is a diverse country with major religions of the world. In every state of India you will notice different languages, different people, different food, different clothes etc. You will be amazed after seeing this. Please show both sides of India.Indians are rich by wealth , health and by heart.India is healing very fast after ruined by Britishers. Keep growing ❤.
You can have paneer kulchas with chhole (chick pea curry), or palak paneer (spinach & cottage cheese) which is non-spicy or baingan bharta which is a smoky roasted brinjal dish I think you will love. Also white sauce based gravy with vegetables, which is not at all spicy. Always order raita - a curd & cucumber, tomato salad. It will balance the spicy food. Incidentally, you can ask food to be customised - spicy, medium spicy or very less spicy. Order a sweet dish like the very light rasagulla, kaju katli, malai sandwich, anjeer barfi along with the food to balance the spiciness. You will also be able to eat South Indian food. Most restaurants serve it. Try dosa, medu vada, upma, uttapam, pineapple sheera, but not the meals. You have a wide choice in dosas & uttapams. Ask the waiter which are the non-spicy ones & choose. These can be had as a snack or meal. You could also try a Gujarati thali or Rajasthani thali. Authentic traditional food from the states of Gujarat and Rajasthan is served - a wide variety of diverse items served in one plate. A very satisfying meal served by people from these States known for their hospitality. The food is generally unlimited - meaning you will be served multiple helpings of whatever you want to have, at no extra cost. For non-vegetarian food try out the very popular Brittania restaurant in Ballard estate. You will love to walk down the streets in Ballard estate. They have an old world charm with British era stone front buildings in quiet surroundings. It is quite close to wear you were walking, but I would suggest you take a cab if it's warm. Otherwise dehydration may set in. Drink plenty of water, fresh citrus fruit juices, sugarcane juice & fruit salads available in street food. Cafe Lloyd is also well known. If you don't want to spend much, try one of the several generations old muslim owned restaurants. The lack of ambience will be compensated by the tasty food at a very reasonable price. You can stop any passerby and ask them about where you can have good food, shop for particular items, places to visit etc. They will very happily guide you in detail. We Indians are very friendly and hospitable.😊 Have a good trip.👍🙏🇮🇳 Btw one popular item of street food that you must not miss in Mumbai is the toast sandwich. It's a light snack. However you may choose the grilled veg cheese sandwich which is loaded with cheese.
Moin. In chembur z..B. grandmas cafe.

9:00 It was mixture of boiled and smashed potatoes, peas, chilli, corriendor, etc. Inside the samosa....and you guys eated eat the right way by hand because spoon is not required to eat samosa.... I'm also from Mumbai India 🇮🇳😊
Kindly don't take chai lassi together 😂 one is made of milk and one is made of curd.
Welcome to India, Hope you enjoy here 🎉😊
We enjoy it 👍🏼
Why @lokeshsingh5560 saying because both (lassi & chai) are not compatible together in digestion.
Our India Our Mumbai आपली मुंबई is Best ❣️🌍🌍🔥🤟🏻

Thank you, we will try that!👍🏼🇮🇳
For those watching your videos at a much later date than uploaded, it would be nice if you could mention the date or time of year that you are doing a particular vlog sometime at the start of the video. It would help viewers relate to the vlog better.
Thanks for the Idea! That’s smart, will add in the future!🙏🏼
Old architecture is so beautiful, modern architecture doesn't have the same charm
So true!
Let me tell you one secret about indian food. Be vegetarian and you will never miss eating non-veg
It’s true !
That's a joke. 😂 Non vegetarians also eat vegetarian food but still prefer to remain meat eaters as well.
I'd be gay rather than a vegetarian

I believe that Samosas and the accompanying sauce has captured a special place in your hearts. Samosas are the most liked snacks all over India and there are multiple variables in them. And also the Chai in India is a perfect hot drink preferred by millions of Indians. Do visit the southern part of India and I doubt you would ever return to Germany! Have a lip smacking journey all the way! Thank you for visiting India, that is incredible all over the world!
India best lunch bangali thali Kolkata ❤❤❤
Buttermilk is called "Chhachh" in india, Lassi is yougurt drink of india.
Thanks for sharing!
I kept laughing for the cumin part🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Dude we love it here 🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂
It is not cumin...it is saunf
Welcome to India.
Lassi is made from yoghurt. It can be salty or sweet.
Peda is a sweet made from milk & khoya
Thank you 🙏🏼
Man what you are saying, you didn't expected "Chai" in India😂...really??...India is well known for it's flavourful tea. After China, we were the first to try Tea , even before Iran and other Arabic countries.
Yeah you’re right, but we didn’t know..😅 but we tasted now some tea and informed us and we wanna go to a tea plantation here in Kerala
Welcome to India 🎉
Thank you 🙏🏼
Be careful. Don't try Hot(Chai) and Cold(Lassi) stuff together. You'll not only upset your stomach but also cause a sore throat.
Yes we heard only good about Kolkata we wanna go if we have enough time because it’s far
@@zingwibrothers you'll get direct flight or train from Mumbai 🙏🇮🇳
And it's going to hijacked by Bangladeshi immigrants.
thank you for coming to mumbai and eating snacks at a clean restaurant. but i may suggest you dont drink cold drinks like pepsi or coke while eating milk related foods...that may not suit your stomach later on.
tips to survive indian spicy food is to drink 'chaas'(buttermilk) or lassi after the meal. and dont drink cold drinks during or after the meal.
Thank you we appreciate the tips 👍🏼
you are most welcome enjoy your trip and be safe and happy
Thank you 🙏🏼🇮🇳
Chai is almost like our unofficial national beverage lol.
We tried it, it’s so good
Welcome ❤
Thanks bro 🙏🏼

One should visit Mumbai in November, December and January.
Sorry bro 😂 but it's impossible to eat everything in India🇮🇳😂. Because millions of types of food are in India🇮🇳. So thanks and enjoy your journey ✌🏻

Lots of love from India
Hey!! ZingwiBrothers
How are you??
We Indians are very friendly and hospitable.😊
Have a good trip.👍🙏🇮🇳
Btw one popular item of street food that you must not miss in Mumbai is the toast sandwich. It's a light snack. However you may choose the grilled veg cheese sandwich which is loaded with cheese.
In Mumbai you should say, Namaskar, Kase Aahat? (How are you?)
And while leaving Dhanyawad, Pundalika varade Hari Vitthal. 😊
Thank you dhanyavaad 🙏🏼
Moin. In chembur z..B. grandmas cafe.
Was treibt dich nach Mumbai ?
