I've seen the videos and here's a take. The person seems happy to eat food and then slips and starts sobbing and the people with the masks can't do much but pat his back as he breaks down. The thing is, it's Korean. At least, the character models are. From a child's toy line. Perhaps the person had to make up debts for work so he was taken Squid Game-style, led here to a room that seems cozy enough, and been living mostly isolated save for food. Touch starved. Alone.

@@elyxircreations1003 I think the reference is that one video that people say it's from the dark web where men dressed up in outfits semilar to the creepy peonies here (the clothing and masks) in a scene like the one in the piece here forcing a man to eat the cooked meat of his family members served to him.
