  • Naomi reviews the new extra large painting handle developed by Citadel and Games Workshop, as compared to the previous version and how practical it is as a miniatures painting handle in general.
Why would you want a painting handle? So you can turn your miniature without touching it as it is drying! But do you want THIS one?

It looks like it might be big enough to hold an Onager Dunecrawler base, which is the biggest one I currently own. It also looks a bit less butt plug-ish with the longer handle, but it does seem like stability might be questionable if you need to set the mini down. Maybe stick a big magnet in the base so you can stick it to something metal when you set it down for some extra stability?

So I dont remember what video it was but this very much reminds me of the time the paint pot went flying, Naomi flinging handles and mini's with reckless abandon. Good video. Ive never personally trained myself to use a painting handle. They always seemed awkward to me when I tried.
