Nice one Jon. Boardslides are probably my go to trick. They feel great! For the the Rock n Roll boardslide, make sure you are pointing your lead arm back into the bowl for the whole slide. That way, your body is counter rotated and pre sprung ready to twist back in. I think I even start to point my lead arm into the bowl just as I lap the board over the coping, like I am going for a kick turn, but I leave the board behind me on the deck. They are a bit safer to bail as to can take it to knee slide. Can't wait to see how you get on! All the best, Rich in Sweden.

it works great, for me the key to the trick was this toe pressure on the board. it's like a snowboard.
