Completely understand what you mean about our older children growing so fast , and having younger children you worry about if you did everything right ! Although I too wishes that time will slow down . We all try our best and our children will love and appreciate everything we have done to enable them to grow into the amazing adults they are ❤xx

Hi zoe yes I totally agree I always have reading books in the house best thing to read a good book and my children always had reading books and they still do now ,and yes my children are all grown up now 24,26 this year and don't know where the time has gone and lovely walk on the beach Ben with Joseph and Florence take care xx

Happy birthday to Elizabeth, last mad teenage year, will have to be sensible grownup from next year, lol. Years ago a friends grandson who was around 8 told his teacher that it was his mum's birthday, teacher asked how old she was and he said 21 (which she had told him when he asked her!), when he got home he said that he thought teacher didn't believe him as to her age!

Ben you do an awesome job filming…I just wish I could enjoy it in person. You and Zoe are awesome parents. You are so attentive to each child’s needs. So many parents don’t talk to their children and when they come to school, they’re so unprepared. Your children seem to have excellent language skills. They do grow up fast but your advantage is that you might have grandchildren before your littles are grown!😂

Books are better I always think especially for children my grandkids love a book to read rather than online books etc and I also prefer proper books too . Sounds great the storage ideas ♥️

Zoe you're absolutely right about raising your kids. We live and learn. It is more important that children see love, unity, in a family. There is no standard fir all. What others think, do, or say is their's. What you say or do is your's We take responsibility or accountability for ours. When we make a mistake, we take ownership promise ourselves not to repeat and keep living life. Life can be hard enough. We were born to be happy, not to be caught up with blame, shame, judgement, criticism and just toxic stuff.

In answer for skincare, I too have sensitive skin so I invested in a Lumispa and their Nu-skin range is a wee bit spenny but lasts for ages and the difference in my skin is Amazing!

Hi zoe well my son is 52 this year but I don't know how he's older than me I'm 40 I had my son at 18 11 days after my birthday so at lizzies age i had a nearly 1 year old I agree zoe time goes so fast when you've had a bad day say babies teething you wonder when they are going to be OK and stop screaming and when the kids have grown you wonder where time has gone .I'm 70 in may and I wonder where the years have gone i remember on a Friday at senior school I used to watch the clock jn the afternoon for the bell to go at home time. Ben I love the walks and the woods I live jn town so it's all built up so i wish i lived near the sea and woods .say a big happy birthday to ljzzie love fran xxxx

Best skin care ever is ‘ the ordinary’ it is all pure , the cleanser foam is amazing!!! Ive started using vitamin c oil £4 from tesco - amazing! Really moisturises skin! And make up wise try the jml mineral magic powder instead of foundation, it lets skin breathe and doesnt dry it out and because its pigmant powder covers all diff colours on face with one powder xxx
