    It’s a sitter also what I like is that transmission is made low under egine thst helps keep the zero turn from getting stuck in ditches also I love the fact on the 2018 models that the deck is 13 gauge unlike previous toro there decks shook on my 2018 model ss4225 toro makes the engines now and residential zero turns now have a commercial egine for more power this machine kicks ass I’ve already mowed through at least 9 inch tall grass also has three smart speeds that is nice for small or large areas also the newer ones in 2018 offer my ride which is where it has adjustable shocks for your weight on back of seat and where your feet are the machine moved similar to a water bed honestly when mowing extremely bumpy laws you feel like your on a water bed moving the shock resistance is crazy

    You guys should think about using the 3 point turn on those zeros, turning on a dime causes turf damage. I haven't seen the Y in the video yet.

    Ive used a bigger Gravely Pro Stance on much steeper hills
    I worked for a Company it worked amazing sometimes the berms where so steep i had to get off and walk it. I was doing berms in the woods in the back of resorts in Orlando, Fl around Disney going sideways like that it conquered it easily

    I was impressed by your hillside control, sloping with a drop-off also. With both machines, it says a lot about you as an operator...I would have to push or trim if I didn't have the old walk-behind. I'm following you on other media bro, love the video...always learning something on hills. Have this one lot with a steep drop-off, trees, and a trench at the bottom...it makes me pucker every time.

    So what I did in the beginning of the season was I used the golden edge blade and edged with a stick edger. Since then I’ve used a string trimmer with the edgit guard on it and it is so easy to do and you get such a nice clean edge every time and you can fly doing the work.

    Props to the Darwin Grip on the stick edger! Sold out dammit! Gravely looks like a solid machine and 36"er's are my favorite for anything under an acre. Been at this game since eXmark sold single-wide belt drives with paperweight decks with worm gear 4 forward transmissions. Awful machines!

    • @Pure_KodiakWILD_Power
      @Pure_KodiakWILD_Power 6 років тому +1

      depends on what shape they're in. i've established edges on driveways with terrible edges, but it took a year or two of letting the edges fill enough with grass ( or whatever's growing ) to trim a straight edge. i've worked for companies who didn't care about edging driveways ( or even some mulch beds ), but now that i do this for myself, i edge pretty much everything.
