So much of part 5 is about the tragedy of needless violence. Like Bucciarati's gang and La Squadra being forced to fight each other despite having a common enemy.
Now you've got me thinking about what would've happened if La Squadra had kept their distance until after the Bucciarati crew began fighting against the boss. Would they have joined forces? If so, how screwed would Diavolo have been?
I'm pretty sure they also had pretty different objects. Giorno and Bruno want to get rid of the drugs. While La Squadra wants to continue selling it. So even if they teamed up beat the boss, I think their clashing views would probably lead to dissension amongst themselves.

I feel like the convenient chance of that would be highly questionable, especially with trying to imagine someone with King Crimson needing help. Plus, it wouldn't make sense for Diavolo to be concerned for the well-being of this random kid without wanting him in the gang, which is specifically the reasoning stated for the mobster, or to capture him to protect his identity. It's just another "Josuke's savior" figure to be his idol.

when i started this series i immediately fell in love with the characters and the ending was just one of the hardest hitting ones i ever experienced. the series was held on a slight comedic but still action full story and suddendly people started dying for real and i was always hoping for that anime "hahah i cant die" plot twist but sadly my fave bois died and actually had me crying. i even started crying when bruno held trish's hand. idk why but that was a really emotional moment to me-

when i started this series i immediately fell in love with the characters and the ending was just one of the hardest hitting ones i ever experienced. the series was held on a slight comedic but still action full story and suddendly people started dying for real and i was always hoping for that anime "hahah i cant die" plot twist but sadly my fave bois died and actually had me crying.
i even started crying when bruno held trish's hand. idk why but that was a really emotional moment to me-
