my fiance loves this! she was going to take a class at a craft store but when i showed her this video she changed her mind! you saved us time and money thank you!!!
After reading everyones comments. This tutorial is very good. First of all you have to be at a intermediate level to understand this tutorial. Nadelspiel I can follow you BUT, slow down on your crochet for others who are not at that level. I have made this, it is beautiful. Thank you for your lovely tutorial. LONDON
I made the most beautiful blanket for my newborn baby girl thanks to this pattern. Thank you so much :D I used 25 squares! Green, white, purple and pink!
This is quite beautiful. I'm not a fan of granny squares but he flower part is just what I've been looking for to embellish some of my projects. THANK YOU for the excellent video!
Thank you! I love this. I've made one -- a prototype and will make many more! I also enjoy it unframed, as a round, 8-petal motif. Your generous, lucid and thorough instructions are a true gift.
It's a beautiful square! I loved that you go FAST, because it's so difficult for me to watch tutorials when folks are kindly going slow for the beginner. This is an intermediate project, I think, so it's appropriate that it's at a quicker pace. Very nice! I'm going to make this. :)
Oh I love this square so much. I've seen them before and have always wanted to make one .. I thought I had time now to do it but it will have to wait till tomorrow! Beautiful work, I love watching you work. I can't wait to be as good as you with how fast you go & with such finesse!
Thank you for sharing this square and for the excellent instructions showing us how to make it. I really love the square and will be making a sweater using the squares.
A very good video and a beautiful design! Everything is explained in a calm and clear tone of voice, very nice. You do need some experience with crochet to understand some of it though, but if you're not familiar with a certain stitch you can always look it up! I'm definitly gonna use this design for a grannysquare blanket!
Gracias
Thank you! Beautiful and lovely! Would you mind, please, explaining what to do with the loose strands from color changes? Or suggest where I could find your instructions? I've stayed away from G. Squares for 2 reasons--one being the strands left off and the other--I've yet to find such artful and imaginative Granny Squares as yours--until now! I love flowers! Thank you again--your English is soothing too; )
Thank you so much for the tutorial. I finally able to make this unique granny square, yay!! During the ads, the sounds is good, but somehow it comes out a bit low during the tutorial, I have to turn it up to max to really hear it. But other than that, your tutorial is awesome!! Cant wait to make more.
Dankeschön für das Tolle Video!! Ich habe schon viele Jahre her diese Muster gesucht und Sie gefunden! Sie habe eine neue Anhänger!!! Excuse the German! Liebe grüße aus Südafrika 🥰🧶🌼
Wow...it's very beautiful. I will try it. I have left over wool of different colours. I'm not sure it would come out as pretty. Has anybody tried with wool? Please tell me how much thread is required for one such flower?
Thank you for your tutorial! It is very clear to follow you even if I am just a begginer in crocheting. I need your opinion, please! Can I use it this square to make a cardigan with them? And if I can, how could I make it the square bigger? To add 2 rows more with HD or DC? Thank you for your help! Hugs from Hungary 💟
So Pretty! I am new to Crocheting and would love to try to make my Grand Daughter a Blanket. This would be so pretty to make. What kind of yarn did you use?
I love your beautiful work! Do you have any written patterns available in English? I knit and crochet, and would love to have your patterns - or a book - to carry with me when I don't have my computer available. Thanks!
i tried this pattern twice but i must be doing something wrong because the edges bunch up a lot. It's such a pretty design and i'd love it to lay flat so i can make a blanket out of it. Can you please help?
I love the pattern but am not to hot about the video instructions. on the second round of the flower part she dose not say where to put the stitches she just says put them in the next stitch.. Uggh you have to figure out where she is speaking about. this is driving me nuts
I love your work! and i saw a lot but I cant understand you :P, can you give a link for those granny squares you made that are in english? thank you! keep up the good work and bless you!
Hola! Esta flor es muy linda pero la teje tan rapido que no se aprecia el modo de hacerla poxfavor podria hacerla un poco mas despacio. Gracias !! Saludos desde mexico.
Lovely square! But it's a bit hard to follow. It's not so much that the person making the video is going too fast so much as its hard to compare work because it's almost always turned, twisted a bit or the hands are in the way. If there's any way to pause here and there for just a brief second and lay it flat for folks to compare here and there it would make it a bit easier to follow. Still, thank you for taking the time to make this video! Always appreciate folks taking the time to put out tutorials.
Dear @Ballira I will provide a written - and free - tutorial for the granny square in English... Will inform you HERE as soon as it is ready to download.

I love the pattern but am not to hot about the video instructions. on the second round of the flower part she dose not say where to put the stitches she just says put them in the next stitch.. Uggh you have to figure out where she is speaking about. this is driving me nuts
You start off by chaining 2 or 3 to start the first round and this counts as a dc
What type of yarn do you use for this pattern .... ?
It is sometimes too fast, for me as Dutch, it can sometimes be a little slower crochet
I love it!! Thanks!
How I would use this as the center and then continue with the rest of the blanket?
I love your work! and i saw a lot but I cant understand you :P, can you give a link for those granny squares you made that are in english? thank you! keep up the good work and bless you!
