Hello and welcome to my reaction channel. I hope you guys like the shows I am watching and stick around for my thoughts/opinions!
I can't wait to see what you make of the next episode, because Capaldi is on blisteringly good form. There's one scene that I think is the best thing I've ever seen in modern Who.
And yeah, I like Osgood. Can't put my finger on it, but I like her bravery even when scared, her resolve, I guess. But I get why it's hard to care too much about a bit-part.
Leaving a comment for the algorithm but I can’t wait for Inversion. This one has my favorite speech in part 2.
Doctor Who - Historical TV
60's era - early years
70's era - action and adventure years ("Secret Agent", "The Avengers", "The Man From U.N.C.L.E", "The Prisoner", etc.)
80's era - Wider reach with more ways to export (PBS, cable, home video)
Got to make peace: as the saying goes, "Let Zygons be Zygons," right?
Guitar Solo was Amazing Grace.
it's cool you're checking out classic who. 2nd doctor and the 4th doctor are my favourite. 5,6,7,8 and the war doctor have AMAZING stories on Big Finish (audio dramas) that are canon in Doctor Who. I recently listened to The Chimes of Midnight which is now one of my favourite doctor who stories. The audios are very well made and some say they have a higher writing standard than the main show, although they don't make for the best reaction videos. But if you ever feel like after finishing new-who you want more, great and imaginative stories not limited by a budget or special effects, the audios (especially any written by Rob Shearman) are worth checking out if you ever feel like it. These stories are also far more experimental. The episode "Dalek" was actually adapted from the audio story "Jubilee" and written by the same guy (Rob Shearman). pretty cool
