I haven’t even watched this yet but I just want to say that you’ve inspired me a lot. I have ADHD and REALLY struggle with prioritisation and organisation so stuff like this is super hard for me. I’m nowhere near the level of planning all my meals to this level and successfully exciting the plan, but I have managed to last week, buy a whole chicken and have a rough meal plan based around using that (there’s just two of us) plus a couple other meals. This was a huge step for me and you really helped me make a difference in my life. Thank you
I think the more you watch, the more you will learn and branch out to have a go. Start small, creating just one meal or tidy a section of the pantry. Monique is certainly an inspiration! 😊
Dude I have ADHD to give yourself some grace. We lack in dopamine. And it's very hard I'm on strattera and that has helped me tremendously. Plus vitamins. But I struggle with not beating myself up. I've gotten a lot better as I'm closer to 50. But if my life is less decluttered and I simplify things then my life I can function a lot better. I need routine. So with that said give yourself some grace. Every time you make a meal that you can freeze double it. I have a lot of advice but I can't manage to do it right now because my home is so cluttered. I work over 50 hours a week I have to maintain my own house my own laundry everything. And it is extremely overwhelming with my health. But I have to give myself some grace. I fortunately at the moment have the funds to pay somebody to come and help me declutter my home.I'm a very private person they're going to sign an NDA because I work in the community. And that helps with the Peace of mind. I'm going to set some boundaries where I don't want to be pressured on things. It's not to say that I can't get rid of things I totally can. But I need to think about it. I can't be pressured I can't have any negativity and I can't have anybody taking anything personal. I'm not going to yell at you I'm not going to be derogatory or anything like that. But just know fisd to do something just do it and know that thank you and please and everything is implied. I just want to get down to business if I'm going to pay for this work. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to treat the person like a human and be kind. I just need somebody to help me declutter my life and simplify it. Because I used to be able to do a lot more but as you get older this can complicate your life for whatever reason ADHD is a b**** as you get older. But I go to counseling for this and I make a plan and I try to stick to it. But I'm overwhelmed with my home. I'm not saying I'm a hoarder for God sakes. But I just have no organization because of so many things have happened to me in the last 14 years after buying this home. So with that said LOL give yourself some Grace man and if you don't follow through with it it's okay. It's not life and death I have to remember that myself and please don't compare yourself to others that doesn't help yourself
I love how you show us fellow Aussies stuff we can actually get and make. Whenever i watch american stuff and they show a great easy meal prep option they buy, it is so hard to notnbe jealous. You are great showing the little details so we can get the full picture. I am not to the level of this meal prep but i tske something from every video. I noe have my fruit and veg in the decor glass containers for the lunchboxes from 3 weeks ago and today will be the honey mustard chicken looks so good
First time watching & grateful for an Australian version of meal prepping for your family. You’ve inspired me to do better, I’m due back to work after my second mat leave soon and will be working hard to prep food & budget 🩷 thank you!!!
Love the long form content!! Thank you for taking the time to show us how you stay on top of everything! 🎉 It definitely inspires me to get more organized! 🎉
I do admire your organisation and preparation and many many years with young children, school and work etc I prepared the evening meal the night before. I really wish I could prep for the week though but I just don't enjoy eating meals that way, I even find it difficult to eat leftovers and I know there's nothing wrong with it and it's in my head lol.
Your putting the veggies and fruit all in at the same time to wash has been a game changer for me. Thanks so much for sharing your kitchen restock and organizing tips.
Absolutely smashing it! I’ve always done a Sunday reset - shop, clean and rejig the fridge, prep vege and plan meals. Now thanks to you, I’ve started to cook two meals at a time and even just freeing up two nights a week makes a huge difference, so I can spend more time with my 1 and 3 yo, whilst letting hubby properly unwind from work without the shit show hahah 😂 Now I’m working on time management and efficiency 🥲😝🥳
Wow, that is the most well organised reset I’ve seen yet. Its lovely to have an aussie to watch, because we are familiar with all the products which can be frustrating when you watch videos from other countries. I’m so glad you came up in my feed, have subscribed 🥰
Can you please show how you organise your recipes at home, what you meal plan on, and how you choose your recipes for the week? I absolutely love your videos! I live in Sydney, and as you know prices are up on everything!
Omg!!!! I love this video!!! Iv'e watched literally hundreds of re-set or weekly meal plans and this one is my absolute fav! It's really clean and easy to follow, has wholesome recipes that look really nice and appealing. Can't wait to see what you post next!!!! ......Would love to see YOUR TAKE on fakeaways or single person re-sets
I came across your channel yesterday and binge watched everything! I absolutely love, love, love the long form videos. Has given me so much motivation to tackling meal prep! Lots of love from Canada!
Your pantry and fridge are so organized! I’m sure that alone saves you a lot of time in the long run. Thanks for sharing your system for meal planning. Hope you’re having a great week!
Hi from Ireland. Just stumbled across your channel and absolutely loving it! I'm lucky enough to be a stay at home mammy but stuck in a rut of making the same old things every week and I've seen some of your recipes I'd like to try 😊
I loved watching your Sunday reset.. thanks Mama for inspiring other mama's like me.. I will try some of the dishes you made and it will help alot for our daily routine ❤
Hello beautiful lady I can see now I'm going to get in trouble on your channel you have some very precise of setting up meal plans and I just love you're organize . I'm here to stay🎉
I think funny that you find shopping in person more your style. I used to be the same way until Covid. Now I only set foot inside the store if I absolutely have to and usually to pick up one or two things. I’m team delivery or pick up all the way! 😂
We have very similar tastes in foods. Going to make the honey mustard chicken me and the hubs will love it, I am sure. also I love the concept of your wood cutting boards/ covers on your stove top. We have a small kitchen and that would definitely add space.
Hi Monique, I love watching your Sunday Reset videos! Can you please share what size containers you usually use for your lunch meals and breakfasts (both the overnight oats and the baked pancake) as well as the protein panna cotta? I have looked at some of them online and it's just hard to tell from your videos what size they are in litres? Thank you :)
I love these videos! You always give me great ideas for meals. I would love to have a fridge as organised as you, but it's impossible in my household where I'm not the only one shopping and sometimes even cooking.
Just stumbles across your videos and subscribed. Can you tell me where you got your chopping boards from please. I'm renovating at the moment and have chosen marble as the bench top. Don't want anything damaging them and your chopping boards would be the perfect solution.
I got distracted watching this video... went to your Amazon store when you spoke about the salad spinner and then ended up on ikea website when you spoke about the containers. 😂😂
Hi 👋 Great content. I'm really enjoying this video ❤ Apologies if this has been asked and answered, I'm wondering where you purchased your containers? The ones at the beginning with the cereal and pasta. Thanks ❤❤ 🇦🇺
I love your content and it has helped me get so organized. Currently on mat leave but starting work next week and will definitely be using your tips & tricks ❤ My older one starts preschool next year and I will also be making lunch boxes. Wanted to ask you if you put the snacks you make at home in kids lunchboxes or is it just store bought stuff 😊 if you do put home made things how do they last in the lunchbox thanks
Hi there, absolutely love your content! You are super mum! How do you label your containers in the pantry? Is it customised or did you buy it from somewhere? Xxx
Lotsssss of practice. I plan it out to start with the longest first and work my way backwards. I also choose meals that aren’t very hands on and get into the oven so I can move onto another meal 💕
@@aimeechasI'd also suggest if your ADHD like me keep a going list and write an agenda so you stay on task figured I'd offer that since you said you're all over the place. This helps me stay on task and I sit and think out as I make it what would save me time and be the most time saving order and write it all out and how long each thing takes to prep usually and cook and such on the paper. Always helps me tremendously I even do this for holiday parties like Thanksgiving and Christmas to keep me from stressing out and having a melt down. 😂
Where’s your red wine in the red sauce?? 😋 I love your videos. Your apple crumble breakfast thing is a standard here now, we are experimenting with different fruits.
I love love love your videos! Can I ask, where do you get the buckets you use for like the kids chips and the big ones you use for like flour and stuff?
Very inspiring ❤ I watched till the end and I really enjoyed how well-organised everything was. Could you please share what equipment you use for filming the overhead shots? Thank you
This seems so easy with the american style dinners lol but hispanic meals not so much. I find it hard to incorporate when we eat rice 3 times a week at least
New Subscriber! I don't think that I could ever be this organized. But my plan is to implement as much as I can little by little, to see if I can even reach this level of organization. I'm so impressed. And I must say that I love all of the healthy Fruits and Veg Prep included. Great work.
Love your videos ❤ For your lunches, if I were to use brown rice instead of basmati how much more liquid and time in the oven do you think it would need? I have an excessive amount of brown rice I need to use up and the lunches look great 😅
Love seeing Aussie meal prep that isn't full of pre-packaged garbage and is affordable. Thank you for the inspo, you are a pleasure to watch!
I like fresh meal prep in general. The accent makes it fun though :)

Same here Stephanie. It’s been inspiring for me too. My ADHD is consuming. You aren’t alone. ❤
@@krisdesena7161 here too! I did a huge prep last Sunday and found I needed to pick much easier to cook things for this past Sunday. So much better!
