This is my question: Who are the parents of the 13 year old child that allowed her to attend a Hollywood after-party? Do they have any culpability in this for allowing the child to be hanging out with adults, late at night at parties with alcohol.
Lawyers and all these nuisance lawsuits disgust me and wish there was something where these nuisance lawyers would be fined heavily for brings such suits.
According to what i read on someone’s page, Jay Z and Puff wasn’t around each other on that night. This definitely sounds like a money grab for whoever the person is.
Maybe if jay or his lawyers went to mediation he could have found out who was suing him or what they wanted. Statue of limitations are in effect. The attorney has handled high profile cases including BP and for cases involving the State of Texas. If the attorney didn’t think he had a case he wouldn’t bring it forward. Her name will come out in discovery.
He doesn’t know. Another is this is a civil lawsuit. If you read his statement, he ask why do a civil suit instead of a criminal suit. He’s also willing to take it to trial and he’s not paying for a settlement. If someone else that actually did rape someone, they wouldn’t take it to trial and pay the settlement. Jay is not gonna pay the settlement. He rather take it to court and stand his name because there is no evidence plus the Jane Doe woman wants him to pay it. That’s a money grab.
