    Thank you for this tutorial. I wish the quantity is much lower. (in cups and TBSP :-) ] Can you freeze the dough? how long will it last in the fridge? thank you again.

      Cut the ingredients in half like I did. Use a kitchen scale (very affordable and useful). It's easier than trying to figure out (i.e.10 g = 1.7575 tsp). I hope it helps

      Purpose nyan is para maging consistent. Maraming measuring cups na hindi accurate. Mag rereklamo mga tao kung pangit ang results, not knowing na sa measuring cups na gamit ang mali. Mura lang sa Lazada / Shopee ang weighing scale

      Mura lang po digital scale sa Lazada o shopee di pa aabot sa 100 pesos. Saka mas accuraye ang pag weigh kaysa sa gjmamit ng cups unless expert kana sa pag bake.
