Big fan up here in Maine…. You’ve been grinding for years on the UA-cam game. I remember watching you every bit of 10 years ago…. Keep it up boss! Love it
OMG!! That was an awesome opening for a Halloween fishing show. I’m still laughing while typing this. 😅 Oh, and that you for your how-to videos. They are very much appreciated. You two have taught me a lot over the years. 😊
Awww, missed ya, was there yesterday, had a pretty good day, 6 for 15. Downstream though, closer to club. Now it's strictly hunting time for us, hoping for success.
Happy Halloween! Glad you got some salmon/eggs for the season! Looked like fun day at the Oak, looks like there are still a lot of salmon in there! I ended up having my best Halloween ever steelhead fishing. It's been a good week!
Looks like the females really liked your presentation, Bill. Mike was into the males on the black F. Nice to see you guys land a few salmon as the season is winding down. The overflow channel had some good water and strong current. Heard and seen lots of browns at both Oak and Burt so far this year, looks to be a good year so far. Looking forward to making my trips down there soon. Great spooky video.
Just saw your video. Once again Bill you have provided a "Spooktcular" video. Of all the you tubers you're the best! Love the comedy by Mike "put the mask on so you do not scare people"! Regards, Timothy.
Nice vid guys! I was up in that area over the weekend for our annual trip and decided to walk down to the dam just to see what was going on. I saw you guys fishin by the cable on sunday and told my buddies "hey, there's Bill and Mike"
Nice job Bill you guys landed some nice kings and its definitely tough landing salmon on 6lb but your right about getting a lot more hooks ups with that lighter line especially in clear conditions
Thanks for another great video, the oak brings back a lot of memories. did you replace your go pro, they told me I am not eligible for warranty because I bought it on E Bay
thanks 👍the gopro 8 is completely dead now but i got a good amount of use out of it - got a new gopro 10 for 240 - funny my old gopro 5 is still workin like a charm knock on wood
thanks - yes it is the sst carbon handle - way way too top heavy with the carbon handle - i hade to melt 3/4 oz of lead and use plastic chair leg covers on the butt to balance it
No skunking. Getting those mud sharks. Won't be long and the browns will be coming in. Wonder if you got hit with snow. In Pa woke up to a couple of inches from the lake effect from lake Erie.
Hi. I fished once with old friends on that river but dont remember place. Can you please tell me how you get on that spot with that waterfall. I remember everyone fishing where the dam is, but not waterfalls. Please man. Appreciate your time and efforts! Thank you
Awesome vid as always Bill! Fished there the week before and a few other lake o tribs and really struggled, didn’t land a salmon but thankfully landed some decent browns salvage the trip. Lesson learned for next year and may have to try using 6lb like you guys do.
Only thing I don’t like about your videos is I’m not there you guys are great anglers in some tough conditions at times from low gin clear to high fast green water you always give it your all
Fish heavier mono leaders or floro..catch less maybe but..better than a bunch of mono and bobbers in the kings mouths or stuck in rocks or floating down the river...just sayin'...allow these Kings do what they are meant to do..
Watching those fish jump into the waterfall was epic! Great video.
thanks man ✌️they dont give up easy smashing again and again into the falls😜
You guys are rad.
😜thanks
Love the Halloween beginning and looks like some good fall fishing fun!
thanks man 👍✌️
Nice👍
thanks ✌️

thanks Adrian 👍👍 we saw a lot of browns but had to get our salmon egg supply for the year - everyone saying its the best brown trout run in 15 years
Just saw your video. Once again Bill you have provided a "Spooktcular" video. Of all the you tubers you're the best! Love the comedy by Mike "put the mask on so you do not scare people"! Regards, Timothy.
haha 😜😁 thanks man
The egg run. I love salmon fishing
😁✌️
@@BillMikesAnglingAdventures when you see fish running up they are the fresh ones.

Thanks man 👍worth the trade off to me - i'd rather get more hookups and take my chances😁
Great video!
6lb test???!!! You guys are wild men!
thanks man 😜
Heading up tomorrow from PA. Trick or treat?
good luck ✌️✌️Browns were in heavy
Mission accomplished, no skunkin✔️ lots of eggs✔️ looks like a cool place to fish with all those salmon jumping up the falls👍
Yes it was! thanks ✌️ all set with bait for the year 👍👍
Halloween is always good to me. I got my biggest steelhead in 4 or 5 years yesterday. Took a fall and might have busted my knee, but worth it.
✌️😁worth it

Finally! Some freakin water over there. Been trying to fish it without water has been a struggle.
its about time should be game on for browns and big steelies soon
spooky salmon season
👍👍😜
Is that an Okuma SST rod? Do you like it? Awesome video.
thanks - yes it is the sst carbon handle - way way too top heavy with the carbon handle - i hade to melt 3/4 oz of lead and use plastic chair leg covers on the butt to balance it
No skunking. Getting those mud sharks. Won't be long and the browns will be coming in. Wonder if you got hit with snow. In Pa woke up to a couple of inches from the lake effect from lake Erie.
thanks man ✌️ 2" of snow on the lawn - browns are in heavy now
Great video Bill.
What type of life jacket are you wearing for that section?
I want to buy a thinner or less bulky life jacket for there.
thanks man - i was using a kayak life jacket i got at cabelas under my rain jacket - it was brutal - must have sweated off 5 lbs
Thanks Bill.
I might buy something similar or use what I did last year. It's a thinner BPS life jacket and still seemed a bit bulky.
Hi. I fished once with old friends on that river but dont remember place. Can you please tell me how you get on that spot with that waterfall. I remember everyone fishing where the dam is, but not waterfalls. Please man. Appreciate your time and efforts! Thank you
just the other side of dam , signs say personal floatation device need or something ll\ike that
Awesome vid as always Bill! Fished there the week before and a few other lake o tribs and really struggled, didn’t land a salmon but thankfully landed some decent browns salvage the trip. Lesson learned for next year and may have to try using 6lb like you guys do.
thanks man ✌️at least you got some Browns - i heard its the best run of Browns in 15 years
What state are you fishing.. were those king or Atlantic Salmon?.. I was in Michigan 2 weeks ago ..fished for kings on the Muskegon River
oak orchard in new york - just Kings
How is the water downstream for float fishing? I see a lot of fly guys, but not many using a pin.
down lower its ok for the pin but most spots too crowded to get much of a drift
Do any of this fish manage to spawn successfully?
i dont think so on that creek
Very good guys! Next year you should all dress up as mud sharks! 😄 Tight lines and screamin' reels...BOOO! 👻 🎃
Good idea!! ✌️ thanks man
why use 6 for skein? def too light. 8 at least
my Skein rod had 10lb leader 12 mainline and still broke fish off 😒 had the 6lb on my steelhead rod
6 LB TEST LDR YOU NUTS!!!
😁more bites ✌️
Only thing I don’t like about your videos is I’m not there you guys are great anglers in some tough conditions at times from low gin clear to high fast green water you always give it your all
thanks man ✌️ we never give up easily
Fish heavier mono leaders or floro..catch less maybe but..better than a bunch of mono and bobbers in the kings mouths or stuck in rocks or floating down the river...just sayin'...allow these Kings do what they are meant to do..
i find it tough getting any bites with heavier line - lots of fishing pressure there
