Another beautiful vlog. I do sometimes wish I lived over there. It's just so lovely. What a blessing to be able to walk in that ancient forest. Happy birthday to Birch, love the zoomies. Happy pup. 😊. The print you got was great too. You know, I never really thought about how much work there is behind the scenes on getting your products out until I started watching your vlogs. All the thought that goes into the packaging. Pretty impressive! The mail has been quicker to get it over here, I just got my second order Monday. I love those mail days. 😂. Love your stuff so much. Hey, Tuesday we got an 1/8 of an inch of rain. First measurable rain since March. We've had 42 days of temperatures above 110. Ridiculous place to live isn't it? 🤣. My goodness that's some weather you're having! I'm sure you'd love it here, well the forests anyway. But I think you'd get sick of the rain and gloomy days! Our summer lasted 3 weeks this year. We get the odd sunny day like on Birch's birthday (we were very lucky!) but the rest is usually damp and windy! 🌧 I'm so pleased you got your order 🤗 Thank you! And I really enjoy sharing my process as I had no idea about all the workings of a small business until I started too! Such a steep, steep learning curve! 😂💖💕xxx
Your wrapping is rather scruffy at times, the state of the paper edge used to wrap the mug box, why didn’t you take a couple of minutes to trim it neatly? Presentation is part of the buyer/seller experience.
If you look closely, you'll see that the paper had already been folded. This is because I'd already wrapped the mug before remembering I'd missed out the seed packet. So the cut edge of the paper that you see actually matches up perfectly when the mug box was wrapped (it was trimmed the first time after the paper had been folded, hence the cut marks). Also, if you look at my reviews on Etsy you'll see that my wrapping and product presentation is highly ranked 🌟

I like it because it's light weight, comfy and has adjustable height. Also, it's a light colour with white arms and base which I like better than all the dark black ones! 😂 Hope this helps x
