To get the spam out of the can I take the point end of a knife and poke it in the bottom of the can and it slides right out. I keep an old knife for things like that so I don’t damage my good ones. I love your lunch ideas

Can you do bluey lunches depending on their age like Mackenzie should get a chilli themed ounce and Jackson should get bandit themed and next Lilly should get blush and Griffin should get bingo because he's the smallest
