I would knit him an accessory like hobo mitts or a simple cozy scarf since we see him wearing things like that in the winter and I think he'd truly enjoy it. This was a fun watch. I just put out a GG knits video and I’m laughing at how many things you say here that I also thought! I’d wondered if it had been too long since I watched the series to give fan theory or wardrobe analysis that’s accurate but I guess it wasn’t. After compiling my thoughts I went looking for GG knitting or fan rants to see what others think (idk if yours was out yet … these photo heavy episodes take so long to make) and I also saw Kendra’s videos and loved them. I think she’s the only person online who thinks Lorelei’s house is a possibility, lol. That cardigan by Blue Squirrel Yoom! Wow! This was awesome! I had to take a break in the middle and watch some Gilmore Girls lol. Also on the topic of quiet luxury I think hand knitting is the height of quiet luxury. We spend so much time and money hand knitting clothing and no one would know it if we didn’t tell everyone we saw. 😂
i'm currently on my 8th rewatch of gilmore girls (yes, i have a problem) so this video is pure perfection!! some of my favourite episodes have to be s2e10 (the bracebridge dinner) and s5e10 (wedding bell blues). part of the reason im so excited to knit the moby sweater this winter is to have a sweater that reminds me of the one rory wears in the pilot haha
