Hailing from a small town in Odisha to building OYO, my journey hasn't been a straight line or conventional.
The rejection, lack of resources in a small town and hardships I faced while growing up formed my foundation which led me to build OYO.
My journey hasn’t been easy(in fact it never is for any founder) but it has been made possible due to my parents, my wife, colleagues, friends, investors and many other people who never gave up on me and my dreams.
I shall remain grateful to them forever.

If you book rooms from oyo the hotels will give you the worst room they have because of price , if you book same hotel offline they will provide good rooms, everywhere they have categorised the rooms for offline booking and online booking

Other sharks are the real shark in real life , when they give them offer to startup , its like, wo offer toh dey raha hai, but wo log unko kacha chaba jaiga .
But when i see ritesh offering , i see ritesh wants to grow together with startup. Ek ratan tata wala jhalak dikta hai.

Sir, one problem i was suffering when i had gone to Bbsr or Cuttack for my exam that when i had booked room from OYO aap in low price(due to poor family).but when i reached the hotel they charged me huge extra amounts. In mid night time , we students stay for morning session exam. Please solutions these problem. Now a days we stay at ctc , bbsr railways platform waiting hall😢also the hotel provides wrong room (not cleaned,not speed fan) which i choose from oyo app. Please reply

This person is great to follow. But Oyo services are currently doing great in terms of customer satisfaction as i have seen in my recent encounters with hotel owners after booking on oyo.

Once u book room on OYO , and when u reach at Hotel these two are both different scenarios, Hotels now a days and from earlier also never gives u room on the website claimed price , they will tell either their rooms are fully booked or pls leave if you don't agree on our price. And u claim urself a Shark , I think it's Baby Shark do do do rhyme wala Shark
